Extremely rude service here. A short lady with blonde hair that delivers mail is extremely rude and disgusting. I had to call the police on her. Extremely billigerent!

I’m giving this review because of the blonde haired, middle-age woman and how absolutely disgusting her attitude was towards me for walking in with a patch package that was untaped to be sent back to where it came from not knowing that I was going to purchase tape from her while I was in there returning the package. My message to her is to find a different job because obviously she can’t do customer service and serve the people please go somewhere else with your life ma’am.

Christmas is always a hard time to mail packages but everyone in there was hustling and very pleasant. I really appreciate the continued hard work and great service! Would recommend!

I love our local USPS. They are efficient, friendly, helpful, and professional. To top it off, we don’t have to deal with the lines at the larger offices nearby. Keep up the great work.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. I can’t say enough good things about the folks at the Cicero post office. A stroke has left me with some impairment, and everyone at the office has been so kind and thoughtful to me.

The people are great and friendly helpful and what you expect with a small town post office. but if you Have something being mailed to you that shouldn't be bent send it through a private company not the government the mail carries while friendly and ki... I've order my diploma 3 times now and it says DO NOT BEND right on the hard card stock envelope and every time it's bent in half in the box! (Not the first experience like this either)

Although living in Cicero requires you to go to the post office for your mail, I find it quite charming when I go in and the staff recognizes me by name. Great customer service and never any issues!
