“I used to come here with my grandma when I was a child and hadn't visited in years. I just recently began shopping here frequently over the past six months, and man - it's hard walking away! Haha, there are SO many booths and SO many selections to choose from! From clothes/vintage clothes, older US currency, tons of DVD selections, nicknaks, chinaware, toys, tools.. you name it! I suggest going within two or three hours before close, because it will be difficult not wanting to walk down one more aisle and see what's around the corner. I also really enjoy how it feels like I'm in my own little world, it's so easy to get lost in your head while you're there. It's so much fun to visit just to get out of the house, but it's also a nice place to visit when shopping for a birthday/Christmas gift - you never know what unique item you may stumble upon that a loved one will enjoy. Prices vary according to booths, obviously. Some booths are super cheap while other sellers may have their items priced according to market if not higher. But there's plenty to choose from! If you do buy fragile items, the cashiers do an AMAZING job at wrapping items accordingly and when I did buy a bunch of vintage chinaware, they put it in a small box rather than a bag, which I thought was helpful in terms of carrying and not worrying about anything breaking. I'm positive you won't be disappointed and that everyone in the family can find something they are interested in buying!”

“Tickled Pink has the best owners. They are friendly, helpful, and remember their customers' preferences. They have new stuff, old stuff, MCM, and true antiques and vintage. You'll find Grandma's favorite dessert bowls, Mom's pressed tin, and the replacement canister you've been looking for year after year. It's all right here! But, stay away from the antique jewelry because I'm dropping by to get my fix over the weekend!”

“Prices are absolutely insane BUT it is a great opportunity for those trying to preserve Louisville in the best and accurate way, historically, to choose this shop. You name it they have it. They care about integrity of the history of the culture here. It is way bigger than it seems. I got lost on a couple of occasions! If you can't afford to buy things there, like myself, I would suggest just going to see beautiful items and getting a little lost for a mental health break. They even have a hidden koi garden. Who knows, maybe you will find a gem there that you just can't pass up.”

“Seng Jewelers is the best in Louisville! Scott made the perfect ring out of two family diamonds that wrapped around each other perfectly! I couldn't image a better ring! He drew out a sketch as we sat there and the finished product was spectacular. I highly recommend you visit with them before you make your final decision.”

“It's a big place, so have some good shoes. It can be a bit overwhelming since it's like 3 floors and has stuff all over. Having said that there is a wide variety of items and prices. So probably you will find something that catches your eye.”

“December 14, 2016 Please convey our sincere appreciation to your service department employees. Manuel for a job well done and Brian for corresponding with us to get the correct information. Our dresser is now functional and sturdy. We were contacted by your service department (Brian) and he was very thorough and listened to the problems we were having. He told us what measurements would be helpful and at the point we knew we were in good hands. Manuel was friendly, easy to talk to, and skilled at his work, we really liked him; he is a credit to your company. He explained in depth what he had done to fix the unsteadiness of our dresser. He did a fantastic job and we are extremely happy and in awe at his craftsmanship.”

“My mother introduced me to Charlotte's Web when they first opened. She was knowledgeable about antiques, farm lifestyle, and living through the Great Depression. I took her to shop about once a month. It is like going to a museum with Mama. I learned so much from shopping there. Prices are fair. I am 69, Mama passed away at 89 last September. Looking forward to bringing all my questions to you all now!”

“Huge store! So much to look for, from the ceiling to the floor. Don't come unless you have time to browse in peace. Much of the store is covered (literally) in artwork or kitchen items, but I also spotted vintage toys and holiday items. It'll make you nostalgic. Prices vary but I felt like most items were reasonable to consider if you couldn't walk away. I'm really interested to head back, especially to find a unique item for my house.”

“Me and a friend of mine got the chance to pop in and check out the selection of the store and talk to a man working at the time, and all I can say about the experience is wow!! The guy working the desk was very excited to see us and was very knowledgeable on everything in the store. I had a few questions about a family artifact which was recently passed down to me and he was very excited to help out and talk about it. On top of this and probably the coolest part of the experience was as that the man working even let me check out and hold an authentic blaster from the very first Star Wars movie. Would definitely recommend going if you are in the area and enjoy history or collecting!!”
