We went to an AT&T authorized retailer and immediately were turned down. He said he couldn't do what we needed because it was too close to close. We left a little irritated but decided to try another store. We came to the Lewis and Clark store and Xander approached us with a smile. He was very patient and kind while helping us transition a phone number, create an account, and getting new phones. He was amazing and we will be going to him for every single need from here on out. There was no question we had that he didn't answer with kindness. 11/10 would recommend Xander and he deserves recognition for his hard work!!

Tommy is amazing! My parents were lied to and taken advantage of at a different store. Even though he didn't have to, and may have lost out on a sale, Tommy stopped and helped fix all that he could. It was never his problem but he didn't complain. We have 9 lines on our plan and we will be doing all of our future business with him. ASK FOR TOMMY!

Nikiya was so nice & she had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an AT&T store. Went in to upgrade my daughter’s phone & left with a better plan from my outdated one & paying less per month since we have been customers with AT&T for over 20 yrs. Got switched from 4G to 5G & got better hot spot service without knowing we were on an older out dated plan. So glad she was able to recc the upgrades so that we have less service interruption! Her manager was also very knowledgeable & explained everything to us in a way we could understand! I was so happy when I left & was glad we went into that store that day to upgrade her phone!

I have been to this storea few times and the employees are usually very helpful and friendly. However I recently upgraded my plan and was told I had to enroll in auto pay. That was fine they set it up for me and I went on my way. However today my phone was off because the payment wasn't made. I called to pay it myself once I realized this. But due to being on autopay I was disconnected and unable to pay. I had to then drive to the store and pay in person and be told I will be charged another 40 to reconnect. How is this fair to me?!? And why did the employees tell me it's my responsibility and there's nothing they can do?! I am very disappointed, definitely rethinking my upgrade with them. This should be considered a SCAM! This is not good customer service, do better AT&T I understand mistakes happen but I shouldn't be charged 40.00 for following the directions I was given.

Nikiya and the male manager (I believe?) with glasses were great! Made switching carriers easy and low stress after nothing but drama from my previous provider.

The two store employees were very friendly , courteous and eager to help me despite being with other customers at the time. When it was my turn Brandon jumped right in and solved the problem easily.

We had an amazing experience today working with Brandon at the Clarksville location. He was very patient very knowledgeable. Would like to work with him every time we go to the store. Highly recommend Brandon at the Clarksville location very good at his job.
