Always refreshing when you witness excellent customer service. I saw an older couple looking at TV’s, the wife kept looking for help and several associates walked directly past her. She looked visibly disappointed when one girl caught her eye but wasn’t even kind enough to help. Another Best Buy associate who noticed walked up and made contact, while he wasn’t from that department, he did find her help. What’s wrong with the younger generation these days?

Nice and clean welcoming store. Helpful staff, great selection of phone cases. Needs to restock the screen protector section. But otherwise it's was great.

I have bought my washer and dryer. I bought my fridge stove and dishwasher. Oh and my TVs, computers and our games system and even cell phones. I’m always buying something at Best Buy and I feel like it’s always a good experience however, the cameras that I had installed a year and a half ago in my car being a total tech member I was told, the total tech if you need to switch out your car, there is no charge. However, when I came back to switch it out, they told me all they change the plan and now you pay, which is no problem yesterday I came to pick up my car after it was switched out got dropped off by. Uber realized I didn’t have my wallet I actually have the Best Buy credit card. I had a copy of the front and back of my drivers license which they asked for because I forgot my wallet, I got treated like I was nasty beneath him. Individual by name of Shon. I was told he was the general manager. I was taking back by the way I was treated talk to you and even more as much as I’ve spent to probably help him make his store manager bonus. This is ridiculous. Brought me to the sales floor and he was like, why are we here dealing with this?I’ve never been treated or felt as bad as I did yesterday and if I could tell you one thing if he’s working run. He clearly doesn’t care about you, he doesn’t care that you’re the customer!!! I’ll be reaching out to corporate office today to give my feedback. It’s so horrible when one person can make it so bad!

If I could give a Zero star I most definitely would! They always have the rudest delivery drivers that don't even do their job!! Spent over $2000 on appliances and they don't do their job!! Sat outside our house for 5 mins didn't bother knocking on the door just stayed on the sidewalk looking like retards and got in the truck and left! But lied and put in the paperwork that we wasn't home when two vehicles was outside of the house and our door was open but nobody was home. Make that make sense!

Quite helpful and most importantly, they had my retro Red microwave in stock! Very reasonably priced and looks amazing in my kitchen. I love Best Buy!

Crazy situation today. No one to run the cash register. trying to buy two items that totaled over $100. Waited in customer service line for a while and finally decided to leave.Any retail organization needs to have people in place to make the sale delivery process work. Very high priority! Was leadership asleep at the wheel? I like my local Best Buy and want them to survive.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a NEW laptop less than a month ago. Didn't get around to using it until a week ago. Tried charging it but it wouldn't charge. Set up an appt with " geek squad" and they confirmed the charger was bad. Refused to help me in anyway with a new charger although I just spent $800.00 on a brand new computer! Referred me to the manufacturer to let them handle it. I would have just returned it but they wouldnt let me.Poor customer service! Disappointing! I will not be spending any more money at this place.
