First time at boot barn and my sales associate was very helpful!!! After she helped me decide on a pair of boots and I’m driving home I realized they gave me the pair of boots off the display that 20 people had their feet in that day.. so I got home and pulled the boots out and they are scuffed and smudged all the way around yet I paid full price.. I called and asked to exchange for a new pair in the back and the gentleman told me they don’t have boots in the back 🤔

I’m only giving two stars because the older lady was very nice and eager to help. I have a small foot (size 8). They only had a couple pairs of 8’s that were safety toe, and were either hideous or way too tall for my liking. The heavier set blonde hair lady who I assume is the manager said “I don’t know why the height or looks matter they’re work boots”. Mind you these were $300 pair of boots. Completely unprofessional and clearly inexperienced to say something so naive. She clearly hasn’t had to work a 12 hour shift in a pair of 6” boots compared to 10”.
Went to redwing, got a better boot for a cheaper price and much better service. My new go to boot store.

Eugene is a phenomenal associate. We needed new pair of boots for our 2-year-old son. Eugene was extremely helpful and accommodating of these needs. Super friendly with a good sense of humor and very patient. Definitely the type of experience that parents want when shopping for boots for their children! Eugene was so kind and genuine. Sometimes when shopping for a child it is not always the easiest thing to do. He was extremely kind and helpful.
