Outstanding service! Made an appointment to have my RV winterized for Friday at 3PM. Due to my schedule, I had to drop off the day before on Thursday at around noon so that it would be there ready for them to work on, on Friday. Low and behold I got a call later that afternoon on Thursday, they had already gotten it done and it was ready for pickup. They also did a look over of the RV and inspected for me without even having to be asked to do that and discovered something I didn't realized needed attention! Exceeded expectations. Thank you! Isaiah and Heather in service are outstanding.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jay made purchasing a camper at campers inn seamless. I never felt rushed or obligated to purchase my camper, which was nice because you rarely find that. He was very straightforward, helpful, courteous and he was always just a text or call away with the most honest and helpful response. A month after getting our camper home, we discovered a paperwork discrepancy (not on campers inn end, rather my financial institution) which I contacted Jay for. He was responsive and immediately got Kimberly in finance involved. They immediately diagnosed the discrepancy even though it wasn’t on their end and they told me exactly what to do to resolve the issue. They were patient with my frustration and never seemed bothered with my need for their help. I would 100% recommend Jay and Kim at campers inn for your sales and finance needs!!

Came here to purchase our first travel trailer. Make sure you check their online prices as you’re shopping because maybe you’ll get a better deal. I went on their website the day after purchase to send my dad a link to the camper we just got and noticed we got ripped off by a few thousand bucks. Thanks Derek

Derek is so wonderful. He helped make hard decisions easy. He priorized my needs for my grandson and I. He listens. I highly recommend! In a sea of sharks and shabby products, these guys are a cruiseliner! Beautiful experience. Beutiful quality product. Easy paperwork. The entire experience took an hour and a half. Thats it!

From the moment we arrived to look at some campers we were treated in a friendly non pressure way. Pete went out of his way to listen to what we’re looking for and show us several models within our budget. We never felt pressured and he let us take our time to look and make our decision. He answered our questions honestly and made the whole process very simple. Everyone we encountered from the sales to the finance and even the service department was friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks to all!!

The sales staff were very helpful and refreshingly honest and fair. The salesman, Peter, was transparent, not pushy or high pressure. The sales manager, Matt, was understanding and worked with us for the best deal available. He overheard that I was a Veteran and offered a military discount without request and found every discount available for us. The finance specialist, Celena, shopped around for the best financing deal available for us. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Campers Inn RV of South Louisville to anyone looking for a fair, honest deal.

I’m not sure I would trust their service department. I called and asked if they would do Warranty work on my 2025 Redwood fifth wheel. Their response was I have never heard of that brand.
