This has got to be the most unprofessional, disorganized Chuck E Cheese that I have ever been to. The person at the front counter was completely aloof and argumentative and ended up charging me quite a bit extra despite me stating and showing her the exact deal we wanted multiple times. When I realized I was upcharged for things I didn’t ask for, I came back up and requested that money to be refunded. They got a few workers at the register and then they eventually gave me a receipt and said they just voided the transaction and that the entirety of the transaction would go back on my card and I was good to go. I was surprised but said thank you and went on my way. Half way through my time here, I was stopped and approached and then told I needed to pay for everything all over again which was extremely frustrating. No one seemed be able to communicate effectively and they seemed very immature, distracted, and preoccupied with their personal lives. The person at the front counter and the person doing the check out/stamping were too worried about yelling across the counter to one another about cats and each others boyfriends in the middle of me trying to talk with the cashier. I see multiple charges on my bank and it has been a nightmare trying to get sorted out.Not only that, but the majority of the sodas were out or flat, the overall environment was dingy, and there was a birthday party going on not too far away from our table where a worker got into an altercation with a very young child and their family that nearly turned physical. Instead of handling it professionally, I watched him and two of his coworkers (one of which being the same front counter worker) stand back by the pickup window near our table laughing, gossiping, and pointing fingers towards the family from the party.Although I did not utilize the women’s restroom, my husband told me he couldn’t even use the men’s bathroom because the toilet(s) were covered in urine. Many of the games were broken and used up points we couldn’t get back but my child still managed to have a good time and earned a lot of tickets. The ticket counter worker was the same person from the front counter and she was incredibly overwhelming when it came time to pick out prizes. She wouldn’t allow my kindergartener to make his own choices on what he wanted to pick and when I tried to show him some of the items available, she would immediately interrupt me and continue talking over me and trying to shove items in his face that he didn’t ask for.Honestly what angered me the most was when my son asked for a little plastic pinball favor prize and this woman had the audacity to ask me if he was smart enough to be able to use it. My jaw dropped. At that point I was so fed up with the entire trip we just hurried up and finished our transaction and left. I am appalled and beyond frustrated with this experience. This was supposed to be a fun night out and a treat for my son who’s been begging to come and play and it ended up being an expensive nightmare from beginning to end. We will not be returning to this location.

We had a birthday party for my son here. There were two other birthday parties going on at the same time. So they were busy. And yet the party staff were fantastic. Super nice and helpful. Always attentive. Very organized. My son and the party guests and the adults had a great time. Will definitely be back. They deserve a raise there! Thank you again.

It was so bad! They barely have any games it seemed like. A kid would have a better time at Dave and Busters. So disappointing.

Clean place, sanitized...I hope lol. Food was outrageous for toddler sized portions. Service was, ehh...okay. Cashier wasn't too helpful and hard to get her attention (with no customers at the counter). I was new here and it wasn't clear on how to do things or where to go. She did help with picking the points over time limit and paused the game when I didn't get the memo to do that when eating...but otherwise you're on your own if you're new. Oh well. Overall it was a great experience for my son. Chucky the mouse was so awesome with the kids and the games were great.
