I recommend quinton! Wonderful service and truly took care of us. Worked extremely hard to get us into the car type we were looking for, even going as far to find us a good alternative from the one we started looking at. 10/10 would recommend talking to quinton Alexander about your needs and wants in a vehicle!!

Quinton was amazing! He was very professional, patient, and kind. This was my first experience at a dealership, so I was a nervous wreck. I cannot stress enough how patient he was with me. On my test drive he spoke positive affirmations with me. He went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience. I cannot thank him enough. If you are in the market for a new car, go see him. Tell him Jelisa sent you!

I got a car from Coyle today, first time ever doing this process before. Raven and Scotland (hopefully that’s spelled right) helped us get a new 2020 Chevrolet Trax. They were both very friendly and made the process not so bad!! I came in anxious about the process and it wasn’t even that bad’ I truly recommend them! In my opinion, these two went above and beyond for me!

The service department is absolutely the worst I've been to. Terrible additudes.

The counter help in service department is a joke. I went in a few weeks ago. I was not greeted nor told to pull my car into bay. (I had an appointment) No checks were performed as have happened in the past. Upon reaching the counter, the employees were engaged in a personal conversation which I had to wait for them to finish. Then confusion ensues over who should help me or if I’ve already been helped. Once realizing I’m in actual need of help, the counter person gives me grief over how long it’s been since I’ve been able to have service. (Hello?!? Ever heard of a quarantine) I then question the services to be performed on my vehicle. He shows me an invoice and explains the operations to be performed. I glance at the header and notice that he is using someone else’s invoice to explain my service. When I asked why he’s showing me paperwork for someone else’s vehicle whilst explaining my service, he had no response. What honest dealership shows you a bogus invoice to convince you they are doing the correct job?!? Fast forward to today. I was in for an oil change. Same lackluster engagement from staff. They said I needed a brake job. They quoted me almost $900 for a basic 4 wheel job. Here’s the catch, the estimate was NOT ITEMIZED! Who knows what they’re trying to charge me for! I’d avoid this place like the plague. Find an honest local shop please.

Had a wonderful buying experience with multiple people involved- shout out to Neal Powell, James Jones, Robin Hampton, and Scottland Sons for all of their help. We purchased 2 vehicles and has lots of red tape to get through and they worked with us for days through all of it with patience and professionalism. Could not recommend them enough! Thank you!

Just bought me a 2020 Camaro 2SS in shock yellow from here. Great people and great service, especially with Sara Batcheldor. Extremely nice and knows her stuff. I definitely recommend them because they at first gave some ideas that wasn’t that great but they did the best they could do for the car to be financed. Wish it wasn’t so far from me, I would’ve gotten a Suburban from them too

Juan is an awesome adviser. Explains everything crystal clear to me and doesn't hold any information back. Even took me over to the car to see the issue i was having. Im not sure what I'd do without his awesome work.

I've never dealt with a car dealer that was so unwilling to follow-through or pick up the phone and talk. I called two weeks ago asking about a new Yukon. I told the sales person Patrick I'd like to put a deal together and could be down the following morning. I sent him all of my trade info and then nothing, no reply. I called the next day in the afternoon and they still had no deal in place - again telling them I could be there in a few hours. Finally late on Day 3 they responded, only to not have put the incorrect numbers in place. Patrick didn't even realize it. After all the talking, Patrick still didn't get it. I finally gave up. Two days later Linda called me, I explained to her my poor experience with Patrick and she agreed that he was a poor salesman and many others had issues with him. She said she'd take care of the deal, exclude Patrick from the process and call me first thing the next morning. She never called. The following weekend incentives changed, they still had the Yukon and I thought what the heck, I'll call back. I got a hold of Ted, who said he'd check into things and call back. Nothing. Finally a "sales manager" called me, asked me where I wanted to be, he threw out a number to me and said once again, "I'll call you back, let me work on this." Nothing, no return call. Monday morning I sent them a message saying, "hey, I don't care if we can't agree on a number, but have the decency to call me back and tell me that." Low and behold, a clueless Patrick responds. He says he'll check into the deal once again. And you guessed, it, nothing. He finally responds to me tonight and says we can't get together, go find one closer to home (we were only a few hours apart). I could care less that we can't agree on a price, but the poor level of service demonstrated throughout this process was at an unprecedented level. I'm not sure anyone there would even understand this post. Their internal communication and teamwork with each other is non-existent. Never once was I rude - just baffled that no one wanted to call back or make a deal, especially in these tough times. Ironically, as far as I can tell they've yet to sell a Yukon over the two week period I dealt with them. I can certainly see why.
