I recently had work done at Coyle Collision Center in Clarksville, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. Brandon, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful—he truly did everything he could to make the process smooth and stress-free. Kelly and Dave were also fantastic—always friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly committed to getting my vehicle back in top-notch condition.
Being involved in the automotive industry myself, I understand how challenging it can be right now to secure parts and complete repairs in a timely manner. Despite those hurdles, the team at Coyle handled everything with professionalism and care. I’m extremely grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair.

Was told.our auto repairs would take 2 days. We are up to day 9 so far. This happens on a common occurrence.

1 star until I get my bronco back, it’s been 3 FLIPPING MONTHS!!!!
They’ve had it since early Jan.
I was told on Feb 3rd it would be ready for pickup in 2 weeks.
Every time I inquire I get told “end of the week early next week”
It is currently April 2nd….

I went in for a scheduled oil change, and one they took my Nissan Rogue to be serviced at my appointment time and two, the service writer advised me of two other service items I need to have done at my current mileage interval. I was very impressed with the way it was handled!!!

The services are very nice the food will it was okay it was decent just as good as any buffet the steak that was good that was really good and they ask you how you want it prepared and prepared exactly how you want while you stand there or you can go to your seat and eat another plate while you wait. Buffet was clean. Really wish they'd have their ice cream machine fixed every time we have went it's broken

As far as the purchasing process prolly the best is the business. Markis Townsend was awesome, easy to talk to, very helpful throughout!
Now let’s get down to the collision department, my truck was taken there the first week of November 2024. The adjuster calls me just a few days later to ask if I’d like new parts or reman parts, it’s a new truck I want new parts he says ok. They do the estimate my insurance oks it and I get the email stating my truck will be done by Dec 13th 2024, well here it is Jan 4 2025 still no truck thing is I can understand it taking longer due to getting parts or whatever… I haven’t received an update, a phone call nor an email to let me know what’s going on… Coyle is awesome to do business with I’d recommend anyone to go there, but the collision department to me has dropped the ball here, being without a vehicle is hard these days!
