Just bought my new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SL, and I am obsessed! I upgraded from my 2017 Rogue SL and didn’t realize how much I was missing until now. The features, the comfort, the tech—everything is such a huge step up and I couldn’t be happier.
A big shout-out to Eli Wright, who made the entire buying experience unbelievably easy. I had many, MANY questions (😂) and he answered every single one with patience and clarity. He really took the time to help me understand all the new tech and make sure I felt confident before driving off.

Just bought a Nissan Sentra from Coyle Chevrolet. The salesman, Jacob, was very nice and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales which we thoroughly appreciated. The car has great pickup and the gas mileage is awesome.

I purchased a new vehicle out of state. Within three weeks a car ran into the back of me while I was at a stoplight. A square box fell off the bumper which my son-in-law pushed back And so that it will not dangle, it appears one of the sensors is slightly pushed in. I called Coyle three different days to attempt to get an appointment to make sure there is no damage to the cameras or sensors or any unforeseen damages. I wasn’t sure if I had to make the appointment through the service department. I called that number multiple times in the one ever answered. So I called back to the sales department. They try to connect me still no answer. The person who answered the phone took my name and phone number said they will take it back to the department so they will see it and will call me the next day which I never received a call as of yet and it’s been about four days now. I called the second day to sales and they told me I needed the collision department. They connect me and once again no one ever answered so I my name and phone number on the answering service to receive a returned call, it’s been two days and no call so far. This is the second unfavorable experience that I have had with Coyle within the past year. Needless to say at this point, I do not trust the reliability, competency, or integrity of that particular business, I will not use them for any future services or maintenance. Unfortunately I will be to go to a Nissan dealership in Louisville for all future service and maintenance. Nissan as a whole has a very good reputation it’s unfortunate that your dealership has fallen short according to my experience.

Both Cassie and TJ were so great at explaining the car buying process and walking us through something that is usually stressful or confusing. Very happy with the negotiations and our purchase! I definitely recommend this dealership !
