I bought my 2019 Ford EcoSport with Coyle Nissan and worked with Matt Key. Matt was great at answering my questions or getting the answers he was not sure of. I was at first unsure about the purchase because of a smell in the vehicle. The owner assured me that if any issues regarding the particular smell were found they would take care of it. So not long after buying it I found out my EcoSport had a gas leak. Thankfully it still had the manufacturer warranty and was fixed. However, one of the best parts of my vehicle purchase was that they stuck to their word the whole time! They worked with me and continued to give me support throughout the process of getting my vehicle fixed. Not all car dealers will keep their word or work with you like this one has! Since then, it has been a wonderful vehicle and I hope to get many years out of it! I thank everyone that I spoke with and worked with when I bought my vehicle!! I will refer people to Coyle Nissan in the future!

First started out with getting a rental that had a tail light out and windshield washer fluid was empty. So I turned in their rental for enterprise. Then after an insurance agent came out to quote the damage. I never received a call to confirm repairs considering the repair cost was more expensive then what the insurance agent quoted for. So they repaired it without authorization. Then added shop fees on top of my deductible which should have been included. Very unprofessional from the manager Mike. Only reason I went there was a manufacturing warranty on some electrical issues.

I bought my first car from Coyle Nissan, represented by TJ. He is an awesome salesman that made the whole process very smooth and quick! I spent 45mins and I was out! TJ was very supportive and helpful. Definitely recommend him.

I'm actually rewriting this review: I bought a car from here and even though it's not the vehicle I initially called about, it had turned out to be one of the best used cars I've ever bought. Jordan was very professional and even offered water while I waited on everything to get done. He really made me feel like they value their customers needs. I would definitely trust going to them in the future. I asked questions over the phone so it wouldn't be a waste of time and Jordan was very honest about everything and I drove away as a happy customer. 5 stars to you, Jordan!

This review is directed to the service department only.I dropped my 2019 pathfinder off to have the check engine indicator diagnosed on a Tuesday. They did the diagnoses that same day. I didn't receive a call about the next step like I was told I would be informed of the issue. So Wednesday, and Thursday goes by and no call. Friday morning I emailed the service department because they would not answer the phone. Finally the sent me a message telling me that they needed to do further diagnoses. I decided that I would take it somewhere else, do to the fact that they had my vehicle just sitting ghere for three days when they could have been diagnosing the problem. Also due to the fact that they ignored my calls when my coworker dialed the number and they answered her call right away. Never again. They need training on how to handle their most important asset. The customer.

Took my Rouge in for a oil change and a tire patch. Was told the nail was in the sidewall and couldn’t be repaired. Service advisor sent a picture to me and the nail was clearly patch able. Was also quoted 337.00 for a tire. No other options was giving as far as tire pricing. Was also charged for the oil change. Advisor was told we purchased the service agreement for free oil changes, and the response was we don’t honor that. Needless to say when I arrived and they saw in my past history I have never been charged, they said it would refunded. Also my vehicle was taken to a competitor and they patched my tire at no charge. 2 days later Mike the service manager called and tried to defend his service advisor Chad’s actions, and thought I had no idea what I was talking about with my vehicle. His response was we will have to agree to disagree. I would rather go to Louisville Nissan than ever deal with Coyle Nissan again.

I feel like Coyle was trying to take advantage of me because I'm a female and they assume I do not know anything about vehicles or tires. Little do they know I am very well versed in vehicles and tires. So they were not talking to a naïve woman. I took my Rouge in for a oil change and a tire patch. I was told the nail was in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. CLEARLY the nail wasn't in the side wall it was in the tread and was repairable. The Service advisor sent a picture of the nail in the tire to me and I forwarded it my husband. I knew they were trying to take advantage me. I was then quoted 337.00 for a tire. No other options was given as far as tire pricing. I was also told I could not have missed matched tires on my vehicle, which is completely untrue because I currently have one tire that is not the same as the other three. I was also charged for the oil change which I shouldn't have been. The advisor was told we purchased the service agreement for free oil changes, and the response was we don't honor that. Needless to say when my husband spoke to the advisor and saw in my past history I have never been charged, they said it would refunded. Also my vehicle was taken to a competitor and they patched my tire at no charge. Two days later Mike the service manager called and tried to defend his service advisors actions, and thought I had no idea what I was talking about with my vehicle. His response was we will have to agree to disagree. I would rather go to Louisville Nissan than ever deal with Coyle Nissan again. This is absolutely unacceptable. I already have to travel 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic) to Coyle Nissan, but I would much rather drive all the way to Louisville than to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. Coyle Nissan needs to retrain their management on customer service skills.
