Went to this store because they have some employees that can speak Spanish, worst mistake ever one employee in charge of the store that day was rude and aggressive he refuse to help me and my husband activate a cellphone because we bought it from a different store he kicked us out allegating that he didn't like the tone of our voice when he was the one being aggressive to both of us we asked to speak to his supervisor or manager and he threatened us to call the police if we didn't leave the store worst experience ever I will never go back to this store in my life again.

Got a new phone. Lady was great, informative, quick, and efficient. Transferred all my apps and was friendly and funny. This is where I will come back to.
