At first they were happy to sell me a new phone but after doing an exchange within the 7 day period they became very ugly towards me when I asked to go back to my original phone they refused to help and I'm still in my 7 days. They do not stand behind their word or their customers. Yesterday the manager of the store called and out of the blue said it had been more than 7 days and today Tuesday makes it the 6th day. Why do people act like this when their receipts themselves say you have 7 days to do a return . They have lost my familys business as a result unless they do the right thing and let me make my exchange. Only reason I give them a 2 is that the female sales lady's who originally helped me were very professional. Enter at your own risk Clarksville and better be sure you like what you originally pick out as it won't be made right. I will update this review if they do the right thing.

Love this place. Been with cricket since they first were in business. They always help me out when needed. Great customer service, friendly staff, clean store. Overall, highly recommend.

I'm not really sure how to rate the veterans parkway store. I was told that this location alone has the phone I want to purchase but no matter what time I call to verify that, no one answers the phone. I live a good distance from this store so rather than make that long trip and possibly find out they don't have the phone I decided to call first. The three stars are reserved for in-store customer service if I can ever get someone on the phone. ☹️

Hours say open until 6 on Sunday. I'm there at 4:58 and the door is locked and the lights are off.

The manager was simply the best. She was the only one there, but gave my wife and I the best service imaginable. Hello to Thank you, we were probably there for an hour. I knew the phone we wanted, and she switched our numbers in just minutes. She couldn't physically do anything, but she walked my wife and I through so much. I didn't know how much I didn't know. I just wanted to let her know that I loved her attention and wonderful knowledge.

Cricket wireless is the worst ever, by far. You don't get the service you pay for. Ever since I have been a customer their website and app never works 99 percent of the time and I wait hours to do something basic. When you order from them online they have a bad design where when they give you a new sim card it is placed inside a paper card where you pop it out. It's very hard to pop out, and when I did get it out there is still small parts of the card on each side and it won't fit inside the new phone. It's almost as if they do this on purpose to sabotage the customer. And I'm on the highest cricket unlimited plan and many times I am unable to make calls and texts and I have been in emergency situations and I could not even make a call or use the internet due to horrible service. The cricket customer service is very poor. Cricket just want to rob you of your money they dont care about the service. Cricket is a pure joke.
