For anyone else who’s been frustrated to tears over the disorganization of this CVS, here’s this weeks temporary hours. Last week, they were inexplicably closed for 2.5 days. Monday, I spent 1.25 hours on hold before giving up. Today, I showed up 30 minutes before they closed to find this sign on the door. If I had a medication I urgently needed, I would have no choice but to leave this pharmacy. This is the most poorly run establishment I’ve come across. If you’re closed, turn off your phone lines so I don’t waste my time.

Do not pay attention to hours of operation always closed early with no notice until you get to the counter itself. This has become a common occurrence.

The pharmacists are definitely great pharmacists, they are just way too busy or short staffed. Couldn't get through for 3 entire straight weeks lol.

Orders for empty prescriptions stay in process for 6+ days, and they NEVER answer their phone whatsoever... changed pharmacies today. So ridiculous.

How can a Pharmacy be open if they are 3-4 days behind on filling prescription?? When you send in for your medication to be filled it’s mostly because you are about to run out. This is ridiculous! I also do not have all day to wait around on them to fill my prescription i called in 5 DAYS AGO. Will be switching pharmacies

My husband and I had a confirmed appt for a Covid vaccination 10-13. Arrived at pharmacy and they had a sign posted that they were closed Oct 13, 14 and 15. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know. Very unprofessional. Called Walmart pharmacy and was able to walk right in to get our vaccinations. I’ll never use CVS again!!

I went to the “vaccine walk in” line and the lady told me there was only one line and I needed to wait with the prescription pick ups. It was huge. I got in that line and when I got back to her, she said they were too busy to take vaccine walkins. Worst customer service experience.

Great crew at my local CVS in Target. Pharmacist, Angi, and Shawn went out of their way to help me find an OTC topical pain cream for my brother's bad sprain until his Rx is released from his Doc.

I dont know why they only have a 3.3. rating. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They become familiar with customers medical needs on an individual basis. Thank you all for being so easy to work with.

Because of their insurance my parents have the misfortune of having to fill their prescriptions at CVS. The people who work here are rude, impatient, and extremely condescending especially to the elderly they are supposed to serve. While picking up one of their prescriptions I myself witnessed this behavior directed toward a young Hispanic lady. It’s not just this CVS so apparently it is the current culture within the CVS pharmacy system. Shame on you Target for allowing this in your stores! I work in healthcare and would probably be fired if I treated people this way at my job. Sickening that this appalling behavior is allowed/embraced there and at other CVS locations.

During this visit the pharmacist, Brittany was very nice and a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and professional and Advised me on all questions I had.

Horrible customer service. Was told medicine ready in 10 minutes. At the 10 minute mark they closed the window for lunch without telling us anything.
