“I'm a committed customer of 40 plus years of this little Dollar General on Charlestown New Albany pike in Jeffersonville Indiana. The employees work very hard, and the Manager has been there for a long time and they keep their store stocked better than any D.G. in the entire Clark County. These ladies have worked last 5 years at least in the worst conditions every summer it's heartbreaking. I barely make out Shopping after 30 minutes sweat is pouring off me. I've asked them if Corporate is doing anything to fix it every year, & it's never been air-conditioned properly. The other day it was 96 degrees here, and it was cooler OUTSIDE! Please please take of these employees, it's bordering breaking the Fair Labor Act”

“The shelves are getting low but this Family Dollar will be open Christmas Eve until 10:00pm. So if you need to buy something get there quick! I found what I needed and checked out very quickly and people were coming and going buying Christmas stuff. I was just there for candy for my grandnieces & nephews, but I picked up some cards and last minute gifts. It was organized and clean as could be expected in this season.”

“One of the better DG's in the area as far as selection, cleanliness, etc. Only complaint I have? Your manager(I believe she's the manager)? Yea, worst customer service/friendliness EVVVER. Never smiles, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance. Just blah demeanor. Makes you feel like you're a burden just checking out. Doesn't say anything rude, just has a negative energy that kinda seeps out of her presence, lol. Let her manage the store, as it seems like she's doing a good job, but have someone else work the front and interact with customers.. kinda like a wizard if Oz 'pay no attention to the man behind the curtain' thing ?”
“I recently moved into the area and have been in this store a few times and so far it's been one of the nicest Dollar Generals that I've been to. On my recent visit, there were 2 ladies, both very polite, hopefully, informative, and overall the mood was amazing. Couldn't tell ya when a store was this polite, this helpful, and actually cared for their customers. Thanks to the both of the ladies who made my visit very pleasant. I will definitely be back to visit again.”
“This is the second day in a row that I have been surprised. Yesterday my daughter and I had been looking for a locksmith to make a key for her car which was parked on the dealership lot. No success in our search until she called pop-a-lock, they set up a time that afternoon and in less than 45 minutes they had reprogrammed and made a new key. POP-A-LOCK YOU ROCK GREAT JOB. Today I was looking for a charger for my phone, drove around to a few big stores no success, a young lady told me to check out Dollar Tree I went there and to my surprise they had all I wanted. Great Job Dollar Tree”

“It’s up and down. Prices up which can be expected.& added more to the mix but since prices up, no longer let customers use bathroom at this location. Hard when gotta really go. In desperation went in employees bathroom and it was in need of serious cleaning. It was horrible.”

“It was a big store but they had everything everywhere and messy. Some things were open and on the shelves like food and drinks! It's a friendly place but needs cleaning up and organize. Also they have lots of items that are sold out ?”
