Fast and efficient check-in / check-out. Ford explorer was in good shape and drove well. Can’t vouch for price or reservation experience, was taken care of by the dealership when I brought my car in for service, but overall a good experience with Enterprise!

On 3/4/2024 I reserved a Nissan on the phone and was told I could pick up the car at 9:30am. This was for an emergency situation because my transmission went out. I arrived at the store at the scheduled time and was told they didn’t have any compact cars in stock and only had SUVs in stock which run a minimum of $20 more per day. This is absolutely unacceptable and I voiced my opinion on this. The sales rep could’ve cared less. I voiced I would leave a bad review and the manager came around the corner offering to stop it down to $15 more per day, then down to $12 more per day. The manager then blamed me stating that I just reserved the car an hour ago. Well hello I RESERVED the car that was suppose to be available at the store over the phone which should be available in stock! What difference does it make that it was 1 hour prior when I was give. A reservation at a specific time. It makes no sense to blame the customer for their mistake! Never will I rent from them again. The manager asked that I not leave the review because it affects their store. Too bad! You could’ve offered better customer service then sticking me with a bigger bill than what was promised on a car I reserved. I was already stressed enough. Unhappy customer

So I ended up not getting the vehicle and picking one up because of the way rep, so I called told him what I was needing and granted he did have quite a bit available and there were plenty of options. I told him I was only gone for X amount of days just needed something super cheap and I can have it back by the end of the week which is great but I told him that I was using it because I am going to work at a different location. He proceeds to tell me that if the company is paying for it, I just need to get the more expensive vehicle which is what I believe he was trying to push me in but at the end of the day it’s still Hass to come out of my pocket , so I felt like I was getting the raw deal because he was trying to turn a profit. I will never be back. .

I called the one 800 numbers for three places and got confirmation numbers and assured that they had rentals however, after going about 50 miles back-and-forth between three dealers. No one has any vehicles. This is most annoying. There is a huge disconnect between the one 800 number and the individual local rental agencies.

Very very impressed by this location. Michael was the representative that helped me and my wife. He was so friendly, helped me right away, answered all our questions and was very professional. I recommend this place! Thanks Michael!

When I called in to reserve a car, I was quoted about $175. That was without taxes, fees or insurance. So i assumed to double that. I was not aware of the $300 deposit. I returned the car cleaner than I received it. A simple “thank you” would have been nice. Instead, he just pointed out that they take care of cleaning the car again anyways. I would like to use this company in the future. However I will not do so until there is total cost transparency. Including deposit fees.

Awesome customer service! Very refreshing. Allison Werner was genuinely invested in helping my family and me solve a crisis. I was on a 1k mile trip cross-country from AL to MI, Dec 2023, when my car broke down. I was stranded with Christmas cargo, wife and my two young kids. She and the rest of the staff ensured I was taken care of. They took time to understand my needs and ensured that the vehicle and perimeters of the agreement met my needs. The vehicle was perfect and clean. Christmas 2023 was restored! Thank you Allison!!!! I will now become a member and considering buying my new car from Enterprise.

The person that checked me in to get my car was very friendly. I was quickly checked in and taken to the car. She checked out the car with me, and I was given a few options for insurance, gas, etc. I told her what I wanted, signed a few forms, paid, and was given the keys. I was happy with the car.

Very professional employees. They understood my needs and put me in the exact automobile that I needed. It was very simple and took me less than 15 minutes to go over the car and leave. Thank you Enterprise for providing me with your services. I will definitely be a return customer.
