Missed a lot of color spots, including the worst spot (front bangs) I didn't see it till sunlight. Color wasn't nearly dark enough even when she showed me the samples and I picked.Color faded in a couple weeks when permanent usually stretches me a couple months. Bangs weren't short enough when I mentioned how short and showed her, but I corrected once so the second I just delt with what she gave me and went somewhere else to fix it.Gave two workers 20 bucks tips too, which was my choice of course but I didn't know how bad it was outside of the store ?

Star did such a great job with my 14 yr old daughters cut and style. My daughter has been smiling ear to ear since we left. Also very adorable, paid $30 for wash, cut, dried and styled.
