They delivered my saxophone to the wrong address. At Christmas time that was all I was getting myself for Christmas and I didn't get It, they sent proof of delivery and it's not my house. They won't tell me where they delivered it or I would go get it myself. They tried to blame it on the seller now I'm still out a 400.00. that's bullshit and the sellar saw the proof of delivery and won't give a refund. Fed ex sucks

This is just a Fedex drop off station. If you don't already have a FedEx label that you printed yourself and packaging/envelope they can't help you. I was told to buy envelopes then after I bought envelopes was told I had to have a Fedex label- after i bought enveloes fro.Walgreens mind you. Then when I tried to return the envelopes the receipt they just printed me had blurred numbers and they couldn't process my refund. WTH...LOL
