Terrible service. I walked in at 1:40 on a Friday — the place was basically empty, only one other customer. Not a single greeting, not even a “we’ll be right with you.” One of the workers looked directly at me and then just kept doing what she was doing. I stood there for 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment. No hello, no “have a seat,” nothing. Completely unprofessional and rude. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

First we called to schedule an appointment nobody answered. It’s Friday right now at 2pm. So I know they are open as it says Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm…We decided to just walk in instead, and there was only one woman in the back with a customer and she completely ignored us and said nothing at all. We waited 5 mins and she never even acknowledged us! So unprofessional. So we left. Don’t recommend.

Not a great experience. Took my daughter to get her nails done and they woman working wasn't in any rush and seemed annoyed to be there. My daughter showed her a picture she wanted and ended up looking NOTHING like what she wanted. My daughter said the nail tech was being rough with her hands and just wasn't friendly. We paid $66 with tip for something we could have done ourselves! My daughter left crying and it was just a bad experience. Won't be back.

Still kind of new to the area, so I tried this place out today! Christie did my nails… And they are perfect! Definitely gonna be a return customer! Friendly staff… Excellent service!

I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure on a Thursday and by 5 am Saturday morning every single nail was chipped!I have been doing my own gel at home for a year to save money but I miss the pampering experience and none of my gel at home ever chips. Worst case is 7 days. Mine here barely made it 24 hours because it was Thursday evening!Plus I was there forever waiting for someone who was properly liscensed to even do them!My pedicure gel (same polish and style is still intact, but the girl who did them could have done better with the whole pedi, but I would rate that experience waayyy better than my manicure.I paid 100$ and could have been done in an hour at home with way way better results. I’m going back to doing them myself unless I have time to go back to my place in Louisville for my pedis. What a disappointment and waste of 2.5 hours!

Henry is way too rough with the dremel and cut my cuticles and fingers multiple times. Whenever I would instinctively pull my hand back because it hurt, he would yank my hand back and act annoyed. I told him it hurt and he apologized but did not change his methods at all. Several other people I've spoken to have said they've experienced the same issues with him. In the picture you can also see that the nails are very thick and jagged on the bottom. My fingers were very sore for over a week after my appointment. He should not be doing nails
