It’s says they’re open until 11pm. I just drove half an hour to get here and they’re closed. If you call the number it gives you an recording that says to leave your name and number and you’ll get a call back the next business day.

Shout out to Nick at the drop off part of goodwill. I got out to give my donation and found out one of my tires were flat. I pulled over to the side and he helped me change my tire all while going back and forth helping other customers at the donation drive through. He did not have to do that at all. He offered to help me amd was very kind. I am especially grateful because my little ones were with me. Thank you, Nick! Nick needs a promotion!

Used paperback books for five dollars! Just one example of the ridiculous prices at this store. I have stopped donating to Goodwill for exactly this reason. Everything goes to Salvation Army now.

Power went out whilst shopping and they proceeded to tell everyone to exit the store implying that no one could pay for wanted items.

I enjoy shopping goodwill but it is disturbing to know that their employees lie to other employees and at the same time talk bad about them to another employee behind their backs. To the two lady’s at dollar tree here in Clarksville we all heard you lie to an employee saying you were in a meeting but yet you were shopping at dollar tree and then talking so loudly about that person unemployment situation and then at the same time talk to another employee talking bad about the person whom your on the phone with. You should be ashamed of yourself honestly and at the same time you were in goodwill shirt representing goodwill. Shame on you both. To the lady that was on the phone with them I am so sorry they lied and talked so loud about your unemployment status. Hope you find another job soon. God be with you !

The older man, named Steve on the receipt, was very rude and not pleasant to be around. Will not be going back to Clarksville Goodwill for a long time.

I paid $6.99 for the best experience my cat has had in AGES! She’s a retired barn cat who hasn’t smelt mouse pee in years but the kid’s toy I purchased really seems to hit the spot. No amount of cleaning or bagging deters her, this thing must have been fully soaked

Don't waste your time or money at Goodwill, especially this one. The sells are gone, the prices have gone up and if you want to check a puzzle that only contains 25 pieces, you can't. If you want to check and see if a case contains a disc, you can't. The puzzle was moderately, decently priced at $5 and the disc were marked at 15.00, so I would be risking $20. That may not be much to some people, but that's a meal to others. Was just looking ahead of time for birthday. But the manager informs me that I can't have them open them and see and if there is an issue, but I can bring it back, in 7 days, if I keep my receipt, for only in store credit. Goodwill is a ripoff.

So this goodwill prices each own individually, there's no half of special tag colors here, no dressing rooms, and blankets and linens are around $7. It's ridiculous how goodwill is getting nothing but 100% profit. With the item prices, might as well get it new for the same price

Place is probably one most absolutely worst goodwill stores I've visited! & I've had my share of many in my lifetime as I'd enjoy visiting them to find vintage things and things to upcycle as I've used many clothes found in many stores that I used in business projects of my own. But going on upon, certain goodwill in particular, the staff never look like they even enjoy being a part of working there! Rarely never! Let alone their manage/boss are quite like they have a chip on their shoulder & quick too not wanna take any initiative to do their job even. I'm not planning on donating to this one ever again & I can assure I'll have many more on board with me upon my very own experience here for the last time.. the energies of the entire store was just ridden with negativity unfortunately as made it one worst shopping experiences for me & all I was with. As even tried still to have an uplifting, positive attitude to things as I told staff on my way out have truly blessed day! And looked at me as I was speaking another language outside of that of English..

Place was horrible, wouldn't recommend not a soul too shop here ! Let alone even make a donation too. Choose others that are locally around outside of this place .. trying save everyone the headache & half it costed me with my very own experience here..
