Very disappointed in my experience. A charge was placed on my invoice after the fact without my knowledge. Tried to work through the dispute but didn't receive any response to my communication via phone, email and in person. Used my credit card company to successfully dispute the charge. Hertz continues to harass me with invoices.

Called at 5pm to talk to rep. They said they’re closed for the day, even though online it says 6pm. Inconvenient. Also, days later after I returned the vehicle, I received a charge. I was charged for a day that hertz says wasn’t covered by my insurance even though I called beforehand to make sure that it was covered. Bad customer service.

I ordered a car Dec. 23 on line on hertz reservation line. Then Hertz called and said they had no car! Now I find you have charged me on my credit card for a car I never received! ?. Please get this off my credit card.

My car rental choice over the past year has been with Hertz in Clarksville Indiana on Veterans Blvd. Justin has always greeted me with a warm welcome. He always acknowledges every customer even while he is waiting on other customers. To me that is important customer service. Justin has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. This goes a long way and why I would recommend anyone renting a vehicle to trust Hertz Clarksville for great customer service.

Terrible place to rent a car from. They say you’re allowed to drop a car off while they’re closed… yet still charge you if they’re closed the next day. Dropped my car back on Saturday night at the time I said it would be returned, they are closed on sundays. I wake up Monday to see they’ve charged me for TWO late return days. When you ask about the charges they say “it’s up to the bank to return your money”. Friendly inside workers but awful customer service and terrible police’s!! Not to mention I never got a receipt, I didn’t get the car I booked and was never made aware of this. Terrible experience. Shut this place down.

We needed to rent a car on a short notice and this location was very helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly and worked with our time frame. Convenient location also!

The associate Brandon went out of his way to make our rental experience better as we received a rental from our hometown that had been smoked in and he fumigated it to help with the nasty odor. He was patient and took the time to help. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping us.

I’ve rented from this location a few times now and the staff has always been happy and helpful. It feels more like a local business where people know your name and go out of their way to help. The most recent rental I had was a Tesla and I hadn’t paid attention that the charging station across the street was not compatible where I was trying to recharge. I was close to the return time and called to as what they recommended. They immediately sent someone to where I was to help me look for an adapter. We didn’t find one and the closest super charger was 10 miles away so they said to just bring it back and they’d take care of it - and they didn’t charge me. I had created a frustrating situation for myself at the end and they made it easy and stress-free to return. I’ll definitely be continuing to rent from this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My inshurance set me up with a rental I called to see what they had he told me he had a few optiona one being a Toyota corolla. I get there he tells me inshurance is totaling the car I have 9 days 7 once they call with an offer this information was incorrect. I go outside to get into the vehicle a Ford geosport it stunk had dog hair. I immediately went back in and said is this all you have because im not happy with it. That's all we have call us tommarow! I called the following day they still had nothing that was Friday. On my way home the gas dropped almost to a half of a tank but they said it was full I tool pictures I drove the car the following morning to louisville and back and the car was on e I wasn't happy the breaks where squealing and it had a weird oder and was eating gas! I called agian on Monday like hey what's going on here? Long story short they kept telling me to keep it saying they would call me when they go something else in and never did call me at all. This is unprofessional today was my last day I dropped it off there was 3 rows of cars! For 5 days the vehicle just sat because I didn't want to keep putting gas in it. Overall they had me keep it so thay could charge the inshurance company. Overall this was a horrible experience I would not recommend them go to enterprize!

Reserved rental car was clean and ready as scheduled. The invoice was as expected. Aurelie and Gerald provided excellent service to ensure I had a trouble-free rental experience.

I am a frequent renter at this Hertz location and the level of customer service is amazing and always exceeds my expectations. The manager Ari (sp) is a delight and Brandon is always smiling, willing to assist and makes my trips pleasurable. One day the location was sold out and I went to another location for a vehicle. Brandon informed me that I should call him and give him a chance locate me a vehicle. I was wowed beyond imagine because he was interested in retaining me as a customer. Good customer service is a must for me and certainly this Hertz location delivers customer service beyond my expectations! Thanks Brandon you are truly an asset to the Hertz Corporation. See ya soon.
