I've been here several times. Every single time I've went the guy at the front desk (don't know his name) is super friendly and helpful and my car is always fixed in a day or two. Not only that, my last visit, I took my car there cause it wouldn't start. It ended up being the starter. I mentioned wanting to know why my car was making noises when I turn the steering wheel as well. They found there was an air bubble in my power steering and bled the line or whatever they do for FREE! They also installed a hood lift without charging me. I'm never going anywhere else.Friendly service, fast service, honest prices and, and they go above and beyond.

Joe is very fair and let's you know what's wrong and if he can fix it. He even kept the part for me to have or at least look at. He explained exactly what was wrong.

The most honest and trustworthy auto place in southern Indiana. Called 2-3 different places that quoted something several HUNDREDS of dollars more. They took care of my explorer for a fraction of the price. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Jack’s is the best. Don’t hesitate to call them for a quote, I guarantee it’ll be the best price you can find in town. They did a great job on my brakes. 10/10 would recommend.
