This was the first year my husband and I had our taxes filed by someone instead of doing it myself. I was a nervous wreck!! Carol took such great care of us!! She made it so easy, walked me through everything, helped us with the write offs we needed and was so so kind!! I cant thank her enough for her patience!! We both left happy! 10/10 recommend!!

I have to say! BEST YEAR YET! returning customer of about 7 years and this year was the best! I accidentally went to the wrong location, then had to call the number and find out I was standing in Walmart and they were waiting for me about 10 minutes down the road! They were nothing but polite! Patient, kind! I was 20 something minutes late for a drop off appointment and I ended up staying and it was such a fast experience! The staff is very friendly and personable! 10/10 fast easy taxes!

I have had my taxes filed at many Jackson Hewitt services for many of years. Their staff is always so friendly, and helpful. I have never had any mistakes on my taxes since filling with Jackson Hewitt. Their staff is very knowledgeable at their job a s us willing to answer any questions you have. They make sure that the whole process is quick but efficient. I always know and understand what going on because their staff make sure I understand. Jackson Hewitt offers their early refund every year before Christmas,which is lovely. The early refund helps me supply my children's Christmas without the worry. Thanks Jackson Hewitt for your compassion and services .

I have used Jackson Hewitt to do my taxes for over 10 years now, and I don't have any plans to use another tax professional any time soon. The tax professionals at Jackson Hewitt are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and lovely to work with. I have always received a great tax refund, and it has always came in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Jackson Hewitt to prepare your taxes because they are absolutely wonderful! ?
