Had a exchange some shoes for my father back at custom service and manager over this department was absolutely wonderful! Not only was she multitasking with assisting customers but also training their new employee and guiding her well encouraging words and structure. They was very helpful and made sure everything was completed and I was happy with their service. Hope the employer is as much appreciative as I am.

I was able to find a couple of things I was looking for. Too bad they don't carry Lee jeans anymore as they come in long/ tall. Now u go to Kohls for them!!! Your restrooms suck!!! My mom Always insisted on using Penny's restrooms as they were always clean!! But wow have they sure hone down hill!! Mom is gone, she would not have approved them. Do u guys really not realize that when u have a handicap stall, u put in a higher up toilet so ppl in wheelchairs, walkers or just maybe those that can't get up & down very eay can use the restroom!!! VERY disappointing!! As I said I shop more at Kohls as they carry clothes I can wear ( I'm 60) not old but I dont need teenager clothes either. Sssooo very sad that it has become ALL about $$$$ Good luck u r going to need it in the future. U have become like Walmart- MONEY, POWER & GREED!! Deadly sins but its your call!!!

I bought a pair of $350 lab created diamond earrings for my birthday in February of this year. 4 months later (June 2024) I went swimming in a pool and both backs of the earrings literally fell apart and came off losing the studs but I was able to retrieve them from bottom of pool. When I tried to return they told me I should have purchased the care plan which wasn’t even suggested at the time ( the sales lady was quite rude and rushed to get me out of there). I had kept box, receipt, and even had the diamond studs but they offered no return, exchange, or even replacement backs so I could at least wear the earrings. I do not recommend purchasing five jewelry here. The quality and customer service failed on this no longer customer.

ordered items online that were in stock in the store. Easy online experience. Paid online. Welcoming text update to apprise me that items were ready for pick up and held until a certain date. Text said pick up at men’s department. I entered the door at the men’s department and looked right and customer service/online pick up was there. Employee Bradley was cool, efficient and handled himself well. Thank you Bradley.

Beautiful store with lots of good merchandise. I left my ring for repair on Jan 10 wasn't back in store till February 9. Extremely poor. Wasn't told now it was to take 2-3 weeks. Honey that was a month. No one answers the phone either
