My wife and I were not prepared for the experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota given we have been loyal customers there for MANY years and have bought two vehicles since 2012. In that regard, I note that our comments mirror some of the others I have seen posted recently. The problem started on July 14, when a service advisor recommended a fuel system treatment at a cost of $55. Since at that time, we had the car for over two years and no one ever recommended that treatment since we purchased the car, we were surprised at that recommendation, but went ahead and authorized it. On July 25, we emailed the dealer via their website for clarification of the need for that service. Never heard back. We followed with an email on August 16 to Cindy Montgomery. We never heard back. On October 20, we spoke to an Emily who told us that she would get in touch with the “service coach” and promised we would hear back that day or the next workday. It’s now two weeks later and we have not heard back. We are over three months since the initial inquiry. I cannot believe that their customer relations has deteriorated to this extent. That lack of responsiveness to our concerns is inexcusable. Three separate times we reached out, only to be ignored. There is a Toyota dealership within a couple of miles of our home, so we are not inclined to drive into Indiana if this is how they do business now. Bryce Wilhite, are you listening?

This dealership was nothing but phenomenal and was definitely the best experience compared to other places we’ve dealt with. They engaged with my children and provided them with things to do while we were dealing with the purchasing process. We were taken care by Matt. He kept pushing and working for us to get the ideal car we wanted. Very patient and didn’t make my family feel like a burden. Was also super friendly and had a very upbeat attitude. Dylan with finance was also great as well as answering all our questions and again seemed to not be bothered by my crazy kiddos and engaged with them as well. My husband and I have agreed that they will have our business again. Thank you Jeff Wyler of Clarksville for a great experience.

Excellent customer service!! Jason Purcell went through everything that I needed and kept me updated on what was being done. Finished earlier than promised. I really appreciated the offer of a ride home and to pick up our vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This is a sketchy place for business. We should have known when a person had just brought the car back after 20 days of having it. They said, "The girl didn't want a sunroof". Should have known. Oh, what do you know, we need a motor for the car now and the warranty doesn't cover it. DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE. Cannot say enough good things about Jeff Wyler...we love everyone. Such a great great staff, friendly and courteous. All very knowledgeable. Everybody we dealt with seemed happy to be there...no one looked like they were mad to be at work. They smiled and laughed all while doing their job at 100%. Our salesman, Gene Port was great. Chanel in financing was a pleasure to work with. Ryne and Levi helped tremendously in closing the deal on our new Corolla. We even got to meet Mr Wyler on this their 40th Anniversary! What a nice man. Highly recommend and we will be back in 3 years for a new lease.

I didn’t quite understand how the battery quote in Dec 2022 could jump over $150 in 9 months. We ended up going elsewhere to get the battery because of lack of trust on their business.I will update my review if clarity is provided.

Tyler and his team were wonderful to work with at Jeff Wyler. I dropped off and picked up my vehicle at a convenient time. He worked with my warranty until all I had to pay was a small deductible for my repair. Throughout the whole process he kept in touch with me via text which made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend their services any day!

I can't speak to the sales process at this dealership as I bought my Avalon out of state. But my interaction with service and the body shop have been exceptional. First, service: I have yet to be pushed into any services the vehicle doesn't really require. I can get out with a fair price for an oil change & tire rotation without add-ons. If you buy their Wyler lube package you pay in advance for something like 3 oil changes and 6 tire rotations. Oil changes are set at 10k intervals, but tire rotation at 5k. They even text you during service to give you an update on your status. The body shop: I made a mess of my front end. About $12k in damage (hurray for insurance). It took a while because part distribution is still an issue. But when the car was returned the fit and finish was better than factory. Equally important, with today's electronics, I was concerned about all functionality being restored. Again, perfect. The car rides and performs like it was driven off the showroom floor. Based on this experience, I'll certainly give Jeff Wyler a shot at my next purchase.

I bought my Toyota Highlander here back in 2021. I was there for about 8 hours, which is excessive in my opinion, but the transaction was great. I called this morning to come and see a GMC Yukon XL that was at another location. Online, it says you can call to schedule an appointment and they will bring to any location. I was told that I would need to come in and look at the terms before they would transfer the vehicle. I live an hour away, so my husband, who works about 15 minutes away, came in to look at the terms. He was told they would have the Yukon transferred. He was also told if he brought in an appraised value higher than theirs on my Highlander, they would match. They did not do either. I expressed to them multiple times that I lived and worked an hour away, and was not going to sign any paperwork until I saw the vehicle, just as they wanted to see mine. They do not care about you, just your money. If I were you, I would go to any other dealership. Never have I ever felt so mislead just to look at a vehicle that I truly was interested in. With being a previous customer, that is really sad to the company.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: Online appointment scheduling was easy. We appreciated that the technician was on time and friendly. He did a thorough vehicle inspection and performed routine maintenance. It was nice that he also made us aware of an upcoming sale so we were given the option of when to purchase an upcoming needed accessory.
