Brought my wife in to buy some shoes a few days ago, we were instantly greeted by this young lady I believe she said her name was Jessica. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the products in her store. My wife had no clue what she wanted but this young lady gave my wife the all star treatment. The attentiveness and help was something that will always stick with us. We will be returning and hope be helped by jessica again.

The Journeys here is amazing after the new manager Parker took over it’s really improved a lot of the employees I had negative experiences with at the store are gone and the store store staffed there now are amazing and super helpful and actually talk to you about the shoe you’re getting and talk to you about the shoe telling you what is good and even what many people don’t like about the shoes

I will never shop and spend my money at a Journey store ever again! I spent the last bit of money I had on buying a pair of timberlanda from them yesterday for same day in-store pickup. After never receiving an email or phone call that my order was ready I called them and they told me my order was still processing. I log into my account online to see that my order had been canceled . After calling the store back and texting customer service as well as calling Customer Service headquarters I was told three different stories. Eventually ending up with the results of them saying they were out of stock because they sold my shoes to somebody else even though I already paid for them. And then told me that I won't get my money for another 3 to 5 business days and it's the day before Christmas! I'm a single mom and don't have an extra $200 plus lying around so now my son will be the only one out of his three siblings without anything to open on Christmas. And the only thing they had to offer to make it right was a $5 off coupon on my next order it's a freaking joke

Walked around the store with my daughter for 7 minutes, and neither sales associate greeted us nor did they ask if we needed help. This was today, August 15 at 4:53pm.
Owner can look at the cameras to verify. Poor customer service. Do better!

Employees are rude I really didn't appreciate being stared down by two teenagers while trying on shoes and then the attitude from one of them when I decided I did not want a pair of shoes. Even at the checkout the girl working with her continued to stare me down like I hurled a box at her or something. Experience was very uncomfortable and rushed

They have a great selection and the staff is so helpful. I love all the choices when it comes to Birkenstocks to New Balance and even Crocs. My son LOVES the shoes he found today.

I love journeys journeys is awesome they're really good place but on the variety note they really always carry the same stuff I'm I look for a special edition Converse but it's like they only have regular Converse and they always have the same color
