We have been in our home a month and still do not have our cabinets complete. This is a correction to a correction and was also a major mismeasurement causing major delay with our island being trimmed out. The company has yet to give a completion date. The attention to detail was lacking and the concern over customer satisfaction and expediency leaves much room to improve upon. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered a patio door July, 2019. When it was delivered it wasn’t the size I ordered. They ordered me another one. When it arrived it opened on the wrong side. After weeks of not hearing anything, someone called to give me credit back to my card. I ask if I wasn’t getting a door. He left a note for the salesman to call me. No call.
