I wasn't improving and Chad let out the strong implication that I wasn't being honest about doing my exercises. My dude; I'm a social recluse... if I'm making the effort to come here in the first place, I'm going to make the effort at home as well.The things they were having me do were exactly what they should have been doing; so I can't say they aren't knowledgeable or anything like that.

As a lifelong skateboarder/snowboarder I have used this company many times over the years,and in summary have been over charged and underserved. The corporate Reps will not follow up if promised so don’t believe that. Also pay CLOSE attention to your bills as they notoriously slip in excessive charges. BEWARE, don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Chad Garvey was a very kind, compassionate, friendly, & respectful PT team member. He gave very informative advise on my care as a patient on a personal level. On my 2nd visit it impressed me that he remembered my first name amongst other details as well. I was extemely happy ? with the professional atmosphere that the PT team members provided. AWESOME JOB, STAFF!

The place is terrible, low quality service and many billing errors. No one knew how to properly bill us, we got a bill 1 year later after they told us we payed in full!!! The service provided didn`t help with my problem, I had to research on google and I cured by myself. Once they scheduled me with another person, 2 appointments together for it to take longer so they can charge more.

Chad is an excellent therapist and one of the only PT’s I will have work with my family. He is not only very skilled at what he does, but he treats his patients with the utmost care. He truly cares about the whole person and their well-being and not just their injury.
