*Warning* Avoid at all costs. It is criminal what they are doing. This is Medicare and Medicaid fraud down to a science. Please, federal investigators start a case on these places. My insurance covers about 98% of prescription costs at my previous pharmacy Westmoreland (that Kroger bought out for their customers database), but at Kroger's my insurance is covering less than 2.5%. Pharmacy techs say that Kroger club prices get it lower than my insurance, but even that is over 4 times more than I paid last month.I wish that I could give these folks zero stars. I believe they are committing Medicare/Medicaid fraud. Kroger's bought out my pharmacy, Westmoreland. Prescriptions that I paid $1.20 for, with my insurance, now costs almost $20. My entire monthly prescription costs were less than $20. Through Kroger's it is over $150. I'm disabled and this is the difference between having food and having medicine. This also doesn't account for the horrendous service. If you phone, they won't answer. You have to make at least 5 calls to even get your call answered. Orders that should be filled the same day, takes them at least 3 days to fulfill. This is a business that the community needs to come together and refuse to do business with. If you're an investor in this enterprise, you should be ashamed.

Rarely open. On the rare occasion they answer the phone, they hang up on you. Regardless how you choose to refill, or if a new prescription is called in, unless you speak with them directly they will not fill your prescription, plus you have at least a one week wait for anything to occur. They refuse to work with doctor or insurance on filling anything requiring an authorization. Recently they filled four different prescriptions for one medication which led to major issues and a partial month fill for me. Not worth using Kroger pharmacy anymore.

I don’t ever write reviews.. the NP was great but the one making phone calls and doing the flu and strep test was highly rude.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They rarely answer their phones and I have literally been hung up on after letting it ring. I heard it pick up and fumble while being hung up. My son's pediatrician also said that she's had trouble contacting them because of them not picking up the phone. I'm not leaving this review off of one occurrence, but something that has been ongoing for a year.

This is the worse pharmacy I’ve used, I’d rather wait at the E.R. and try to get my medicine there, it will probably be faster.

Nice techs but they are currently understaffed and drive thru is often closed.

No one ever answers the phone. Ever. In the last year there has only been one time that someone answered the phone. Forcing me to have to go in person to get questions answered is not good customer service.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. You’ll stand in line for an hour or more, just to get them to refill a prescription; and then come back later to stand in line for another hour + to pick it up. Since they never answer the phone.I literally almost threw my back out standing, while ONE Tech did whatever they do back there. The line went all the way to the cash registers.I honestly don’t understand why each and every customer has to talk to them for ten minutes, just for them to grab the medicine and go.Half the time, the tech wasn’t even at the cash register.WTH you doing back there???? Move the line along !!!!This is a big problem. Serious problem.

I’ve been trying to get medication for over two weeks. There’s always a line through the aisles, long wait times, and just yesterday I waited in line for over 30 minutes just for the manager to come out and tell the people in line that they weren’t helping anyone else and to leave. Once I can I’m moving my prescription’s to another pharmacy.

Very friendly technicians that work in the pharmacy area that's where I go when I visit this store due to weekly medication I take and they are very prompt they know me by name and super friendly I recommend this pharmacy to anyone I have been going there about a month and they have known me by name since the second week that's means they take the time to get to know their patients....

As I write this, the automated message and app say I have an unfulfilled medication that will be ready "no later than" 5 days ago but isn't filled. The phone system literally does not work and just rings. I tried to stand in line on a Monday afternoon ~3pm but it was 10 people long, and didn't move for 30 minutes before I had to give up.The pharmacy is entirely incompetent. Do not send important medicine here. Go to literally any other in network pharmacy even if 20 minutes further away. Issues are probably more Kroger & management (such as broken phones) than employees but that doesn't matter much.
