Been a long time customer. Went in yesterday to upgrade my phone. price tag said see employee for new customer or upgrade pricing. I did and was told no discount for upgrading. I asked about the wording on the sign and was told they don't discount. lady then began telling me to go to best buy that I could get a better deal then buying from her. Very bad business to send your customers to another store to buy a phone to use on your service. Looking for a new carrier now.

If I could give zero stars to this location I would. Door is always locked, no one ever answers the phone. Literally the last five times I’ve been here during “open” hours there is no one there.

Is this store ever even open? I’ve stopped by several times trying to port number and start new service I've, tried calling, no one is ever at the store or answer the phone. Maybe a sign but to switch to their service!!!!

Bessmah she was very rude and she broke my phone I reported it to the manager and she ignored me she didn't listen to me at all they were both very rude to me something needs to be done about them

Sign on the door says hours are 11am-7pm. 6:30 pm door is already locked and the worker just stood there and looked at me

I was just in there trying to see about switching providers and coming to them. I asked about the perks of switching providers and was told to look at the poster. Then I asked if she could show mi which phones they are and she just started pointing around the room saying ones over here, then ones over there. Not one time actually showing me a phone. I am going to go somewhere else because if this is the kind of service they give to customers then I don't see how they are still open. Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would have.

I like Metro PC, but the works (NOT ALL) are very rude and don't wanna help the customer! They will answer their personal cellphones while people are waiting and leave them setting there or txt while helping someone. Today actually I went in there again for the 3 time the week trying to get some help, I ended being called a bit*h ( no joke) I will definitely will not being back to the store!! This store is in Clarksville!! Wish I could give them a -5 they're that bad!!

Got there abt. 2:30 - doors locked. Employees showed up abt. 15 minutes later with bags of their shopping spree. They were polite but they only know about setting up / selling phones. *611 said they could possibly help with my phone issue. NOT! Was going to purchase an upgraded phone but Info next to phones were totally wrong [mgmnt hasn't sent them updated info????] then the phone I chose they had in hand but not in their inventory???? Went to competitor got a great phone/plan. BTW - can not do anything online as sends you to their stores with inadequately trained employees and no in stock items.
