Great service, friendly folks and fair pricing. They Repaired the transmission in our companies, Box Truck. They got it done much quicker than we anticipated plus we found out they do much more than just transmissions. They also do general auto repair Good people to know!

Took 20 days to get my car back. Was told things then it didn’t happen. Uncle is a mechanic so I know how this works so I won’t say anymore. Have a nice day .

If I could give zero stars I would!
I’ve waited weeks for them to make it right and they haven’t so here’s my honest review in hopes of it not happening to someone else…
We Took our car there originally under the forced assumption it was an in warranty repair. Three trips back and forth later after the car was said to be finished, and it didn’t even make it 20 miles without a transmission issue again- the original reason it was put into the shop for turned out to be the culprit for the issues in the end
We replaced the transmission , spent thousands of more dollars on the vehicle for it to be something that was under warranty and replaced by them less then a year ago.
When I reached out to management-I was told they didn’t want my car there any more then I did because “they work on commission and in warranty repairs where not ones they got paid for “
I then was promised a call from the owner George himself and have yet to get one.
Just be warned-do not go here for service if you want to be kept in the loop along the way and be confident your car is repaired. Though the car is under warranty, we will not be returning to them for anything!!!!

We were on a cross-country road trip when our transmission went out near Louisville, KY. Stranded and unsure of who to trust in a city we didn’t know, we called around and were recommended to Mr. Transmission in Clarksville, IN by another mechanic who couldn’t get us in right away. That recommendation turned out to be the best thing that could have happened.
Even though they were busy, Gary, Holly, and the team at Mr. Transmission went out of their way to get us in and back on the road in just two days. From start to finish, they were kind, honest, and incredibly helpful. They clearly explained what was going on, gave us fair and transparent pricing, and never once tried to upsell or pressure us into anything unnecessary.
What really stood out was their integrity. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing right by us—not just fixing the issue, but making sure we felt supported during a stressful time. If you're looking for a place you can trust, this is where the good folks are. Highly recommend Mr. Transmission in Clarksville to anyone in the area—or just passing through.

Garry and Holly are very professional and easy to deal with. Not only did they repair my vehicle back to factory specifications, they made sure I had a ride home. Another shop tried to charge me $3500.00 to repair my transmission. Mr Transmission worked some magic so my repair was less than half of that.

Took my truck there for a tuneup got it back it had no oil it started this loud ticking took it back after he kept the truck for a week then tells me I need gasket covers Gary is a ripe off they claim to fix one thing only to break something else so you can go back I only needed a tuneup didn’t have a oil leak then but now I do all MR.Transmission wants is your money now I have to park my truck because he also messed up my lifter’s smh he has about a 100 cars out there and keep taking in more cars that’s why they can’t keep up with the work
