I have used this dealer's service department for several years for basic oil changes and rotations. They have signage at the front that advertises a "$49.95" oil change. I even sign an agreement up front for that charge. However, when complete and I went to pay the charge, they added a $3.95 fee for "parts and supplies". What??? The clerk said it was for rags, etc. and that any dealer anywhere charges such a fee. This is a first for me even with this dealer. That's like paying a service charge for the dirty spatula that turns the burger. It's total BS and they know it. The clerk's comments just insulted my intelligence. Rather than entering into a futile complaint about it, I paid without comment. To me this is false advertising and will cause me never to patronize or recommend them even though it's really an insignificant sum. It's the darn principle. I give two stars because they are prompt and convenient. They may offer good deals on cars, but this experience was a big turn off for me.

Absolute worst dealership service I have ever experienced! Between getting sold an vehicle with a bad engine to being lied to repeatedly when purchasing another about receiving the cash difference which we still have not received after 7 months!!

When I viewed the car it had 2 keys. When I bought it a few days later one key was missing. Salesman said he may have lost it. I've requested a second key and the only response I've had is "if we find one laying around, we'll get it to you". I won't be buying there again.

**UPDATE** I returned to NHH the next day to speak with the manager of the Service Dept. Richard was very understanding of my frustrations and realized/explained where the misstep took place. To ease my mind in anticipation of a long drive with 2 young children, he offered to re-service the vehicle at no charge to me. This was completed in a timely manner and was very much appreciated. Definitely above and beyond the service we had received the previous day. I would say that Richard saved face for NHH and if things continue to go well at future appointments, we may remain loyal customers (as we have been for the last 7 years and 3 cars!). Prior to today, I would have given a higher rating, but I cannot overlook the poor experience, lack of concern and empathy of my service today. My spouse and I have purchased 2 vehicles from NHH, both of which have the additional Eckbond interior/exterior protective coating package. To take advantage of this additional cost, you have to call and schedule an appointment- that alone is a hassle because every time I've called, I've had no less than 3 transfers between depts before I get someone that knows what I am talking about! Last week, I called and scheduled my Eckbond appointment for today. I told the financier during our phone call that my car would be dropped off in the morning, prior to the appointment for other needed maintainence. I am told that's fine, just to let them know at check in that I also had an appointment for Eckbond. I followed all instructions given- removed car seats, debris and personal artifacts- prior to drop off at the service dept and was absolutely sure to let them know that I also had this service scheduled as well. I'm assured all's well and I would get a call when my car was ready. Five hours AFTER my appointment should have been completed, no call from NHH. I had to call and was told they weren't sure and a return call would be necessary. Within 30 mins, I have a return call, car is done, GREAT! Until 2 hours later when I arrive at NHH...no one could locate my car keys or my car for 30 minutes. My keys weren't with reception, and the receptionist states "Our only Eckbond customer was at 10 this morning and that person never showed up!"...uhhh... that was MY appointment and my car has been here ALL DAY. Finally, after 4 other people joined the search, my keys and car is located in the back lot (all cars that have completed services are usually parked up front). We're notified the Eckbond service was not completed and better yet it appears as if the other maintenance that the vehicle was dropped off for was also not done. The service manager was gone for the day and the sales manager was completely useless in answering any questions. Rather than expressing empathy and understanding, all questions and concerns were met with some form of "I'm a sales manager, that's not my dept" or conflicting responses and blame. Attempts to gain further understanding as to what happened and what services were rendered (if any!) we're met with rudeness, attitude and deflection from the sales manager. Now I'm going to have to reschedule my service for another day. Something that is hard to coordinate when working full time and having 2 children that require safety seats (which need removed for this service). Overall, this experience is very frustrating and disappointing.

It is tough to car shop in 2022. Inventories of new cars are almost non-existent and used car prices are nearly equal to their brand new counterparts. But the experience at Neil Huffman Honda was excellent! Darius, the salesman helping us, was extremely helpful! He talked us through all of our options, retrieved cars to test drive quickly, knew more about the vehicles than anyone else we spoke with visiting multiple lots, and genuinely worked to find something that met our needs.

We have been taking our vehicles to Neil Huffman Honda since 2015. We have always received good customer service. Never felt pressured to get additional work done if recommended, unless we felt it was needed. Pablo is a knowledgeable service tech and understands excellent customer service. Always had parts delivered and repaired when promised. Will continue to have our Honda’s serviced there!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My brother in law just had a truck sold out from under him. He had been dealing with Morgan Thompson and she even had contacted his bank and everything was good to go. Then they call him and say another Neil Huffman dealership came and got it. That should not happen! Big fail on someone’s part here!! Customers should not be treated this way! Don’t go there!!!

I was able to quickly get a 2021 Civic for my wife. Not only was it quick, but even though my situation didn't fit the regular sequence of buying a new car, Kriss Brodie was very helpful in navigating any and all irregularities. Eric helped with paperwork, the titling team went out of their way, Kevin made selling our old car a breeze and Jay was pulling out the stops getting our existing Honda serviced, too. Thanks all!

Carl the salesman and Carli the internet person both lied to us....sent us a picture of a vehicle to buy with a price. Carl set up a time to see the car today so we changed all of our plans at work and we got there and there was no car. Carl blamed Carli (Carli he threw you under the bus) and was only interested in our trade in at this point. When I asked him why they lied he said "where is this conversation going". This is a total b******* run around!!! Bait and Switch No car Thanks for waisting our time and upsetting my wife HUFFMAN doesn't have it! This is shameful ----------- Update... Your sales Manager called back and apologized an hour later to my wife. So to see how sincere he was, we called your dealer back an hour later and talked to Luke, and Luke said he had the car we were looking for on the lot (BTW the same car that Carli just said she had but when we got there she did not), now you have 3 dishonest sales people and a manager that seems too use to covering up for them. Come to find out the internet sales person will promise anything to get you to the lot. SHAMEFUL. we just bought a car at your competition.

My experience was beyond sub-par and frustrating. Scheduled a recall replacement appointment and was advised a loaner would be provided if needed. Once I arrived and brought the car through, they asked if I planned to stay and I mentioned that it was discussed for me to have a loaner car ready as I had other errands to run and I drove across the bridge (KY-IN). No apology was given but I was told that I was ill informed and they could not accommodate. The service manager was beyond rude and could care less of my frustrations or the inconvenience this had caused. I will never return to NH Honda Service for any issues and will continue to use Honda World for any of my needs in the future.

Today was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Everyone at Honda were super respectful and nice. Carl helped me through the car buying process and in the end gave me a great deal on a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Everyone here is willing to help you find the best car for you at a great price. Great place to buy a car
