Omar was the best to work with in sales. He never made me feel pressured to buy. In fact, he was very patient and answered all my questions. I felt he was a great support throughout the whole process.

Terrible they didn't replace anything and the throttle cable was already terrible b it was discontinued and we had to use one off another car but hope to God nothing ever happens with the airbags bc that could be very bad I wouldn't have even give it a star but had to to post it

Tyson greeted me when I walked Into Neil Huffman Honda. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his products. He did everything to assure I got exactly what I wanted, a beautiful 2026 Honda CRV Hybrid. Thank you, Tyson and Neil Huffman Honda. This is my second CRV from Neil Huffman Honda. Their service has always been excellent.

I have emailed/contacted the store 3 times. I have been responded to once, but then could not get them to follow up with me. I purchased a car from them, and they added on an optional warranty that I did not ask for. I noticed a couple months later and asked them to cancel the service. They stated they would, but still have not shown me any proof it has been cancelled. Meanwhile, I am continuing to have to pay for something I did NOT ask for, was added on so they could make money, and they refuse to cancel the service. I will likely not be returning to this dealership and not recommending to anyone that asks.
All of this after I made not complaint about leaving the dealership with half a tank of gas. Waiting even longer for hail damaged to be repaired on my car. Having to go back to have more damaged fixed they missed, and being polite and patient through all of it.

Kevin and Duncan were great and made the car buying experience enjoyable. They were willing to negotiate which made our decision to purchase a vehicle here. My only negative feedback is things seemed a little unorganized at times during the paperwork process in the middle part of the purchasing process. They are working from a temporary structure while the construction is finishing so I understand it’s not 100% smooth and we were flexible with them. I already love my CR-V and would recommend buying a Honda vehicle here.

Purchased a 2026 hybrid crv today. It was a great experience from our sales guy Kevin to finance with Duncan. Third purchase with Kevin over the years, great guy. First experience with Duncan and let me just say, been to many finance closings with cars and have never actually enjoyed one, this one I did!

The quote for my repair was done quickly and the actual repair was actually about $10 less than the quote. The invoice I received after the work was done was quite thorough as to what exactly was done to my car. Will return!

I brought my car in fixing mistakes a different Honda Dealer made and they did a great job. Bel was really helpful, understanding, and felt like he actually cared. If you are the manager at Noel Huffman Honda, Bel deserves a raise.
