“Had alignment emergency on my older model Tesla and had stopped by or called most of the shops in Jeffersonville that do alignments. Practically nobody was able to because they didn’t have the right system or software or something or the other.Tesla service center in Louisville has no appointments available for two weeks.Firestone on Broadway in Louisville was the only place I could even select Tesla on the website for alignment. The guy at Firestone also could not do my particular model and just referred me to Tesla SC.I begged the guy to do it and he tells me to go to Michel Tires in Jeffersonville on 10th street and ask for Paul. I almost didn’t bother, expecting to hear another guy explain that can’t do it.Thank God I stopped in. What a great experience. Its a great crew they have there too. You would have never even known it was a problem for anyone. He just put me in the system, took my keys, and about an hour later I see my car back outside. No questions asked.They finished it in half the time it would take at the service center and they charge me less than half of what Tesla would.Alignment is great. I kick myself for passing that Michel Tires up when I started looking. If I would have come here first, I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and miles.Even just seeing them with all of the other customers. They treated everyone’s car like it was their baby. Overheard some of them and everyone seemed as excited and relieved about their car as I was.I will definitely trust these guys with my wheels and tires more than I do Tesla going forward. If you own one, you know how bad and expensive the service is. Do yourself a favor and check with these guys before you go to Tesla for your wheel and tire issues.”

This one is just the cherry on top, to me at least.I love working with Scott. He is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personal. As is the rest of the staff in the experience I have working with them.I actively avoid going anywhere else if it is possible and this is one of the only places I will recommend anyone for almost anything to. I trust this place to work on my vehicle, and I know I will not randomly show up with a massively inflated bill or told they did an extra 10 hours of labor without discussing it with me. You will know what is going on with your car.Their labor rates for working on German cars is phenomenal, especially given their attention to detail. “Arrived at Jiffy Lube with my hood smoking and immediately was directed to pull into bay. Turned vehicle off and Robert and Dalton got me all fixed up! I had no clue my cabin air filter needed to be changed but Robert pulled it out and showed me the filth. Apparently it’s never been changed, it was 10 years old and disgusting! I have visited several other valvolines, etc and never once have the offered to change it. They changed my oil, filled my antifreeze reservoirs, filled my tires, did the whole deal and resolved the smoke coming from under my hood! Robert also vacuumed out my car, which was very shocking to say the least! He stated that’s part of their job, which was news to me! Best service I’ve ever received from any sort of automotive shop like this! I will definitely be back and encourage family and friends to swing by this location for their maintenance needs! Thank you guys for the exceptional customer service and attention to detail!”

“I've been going to this location for years. I have always been treated well and never did I feel they didn't have my best interests in mind. I stopped in late one evening because it felt like my transmission was slipping. I had never had the fluid flushed so they did that and they added some additive they said was good for older transmissions. One of the gentlemen had to drive to get the additive at a local parts house during rush hour. That man went above and beyond. My transmission has not slipped since. I'm knocking on wood. They have refilled my windshield wiper fluid and when I had a tire leak they aired it up for me in between oil changes. The do want to sell me an air filter but that's about it. The air filters seemed reasonably priced. I always use Penzoil and that is the flavor this place serves on tap! Why would I ever go anywhere else? LOL I know this reads like I own the place but rest assured, I don't even know anyone who works there. They just rock!”

“The staff at the highlands Valvoline location went above and beyond! First my hood wouldn't open, then they had to call to get an oil filter delivered, then I had an issue with my payment. They were patient and kind through the whole ordeal. I don't know anything about cars, it's all foreign, so them taking a little extra time out of their work day to make sure all my needs were met, was truly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this location to a friend!”

“They were helpful and efficient. The only problem is that I brought a coupon for 50 percent off a conventional oil change and the employee I showed it to said it was accepted by Valvoline. When they were done I brought the coupon out to have it taken off the bill and found that they had done a premium oil change. Make sure that you watch to make sure you get the oil change you ask for.”

She was so friendly, yet professional! She was fast and efficient. She was willing to show us any vehicle that I wanted to see and test drive!
