“I'm very happy with the service I got. No wait time and done in about 10 minutes. the only reason I can't give 5 stars is I had the 50% off coupon and I still paid $50 something dollars. So I asked the guy so if I didn't have the coupon it would have been $100 bucks and he said yes close to that.. Kind of high for a oil change”

“I went in for a issue with a noise under the front of my car. My skid plate had fallen down and broke. They were able to safely remove it and explain its purpose. While I was there they topped off all my fluids, oil and air for my tires. The services were at no charge and I was extremely well taken care of. Thank you Jiffy Lube crew in Sellersburg! You are all rockstars!”

“The technicians were very knowledgeable and helped me with a complimentary testing and check explained things to me because my light kept coming on because the last time it was changed the people did not reset it so I didn't even need an oil change and instead of giving me a service that I did not need they explained it to me and I will bring it back when it is ready for an oil change I deeply appreciate their expertise their help and their politeness I will definitely be back to them”

“I bought a truck from a guy that had the transmission replaced at this location a year and a half ago then moved to Georgia, verified the warranty would transfer so i purchased the truck. I noticed after a few hundred miles a pretty good leak. So i called the shop explained my situation and that i reside in georgia 6 hours away. I was told to take the truck to an ammco shop since they are a sister company. I did, the ammco shop did the work and Cottman stood behind their warranty....i would definitley recomend this shop to anyone.”

“My daughter had her oil changed at one of Louisville's Valvoline locations. Unfortunately, they reinstalled the oil plug so tightly I could not remove it. We took her vehicle to the Brownsboro Road location and the gentlemen working there removed the plug (it was slightly stripped), replaced it and replaced the oil free of charge. They were very courteous and when I offered to compensate them for their effort they said free of charge. That's what I call exemplary customer service.”
“We knew that we were on borrowed time with our tires, waiting for the next sale. Then lo and behold here's your July 4th sale. I made a last minute appt for Saturday (the weekend before a major holiday) and I was shocked to get in. I arrived before my appointment, and the tires had already been delivered. It was discovered that my battery and brake fluid needed service too. I appreciate the attention my vehicles receive. Especially since my wife drives the Ranger primarily. “This would have been 5-Stars but they use an off-shore call center to schedule appointments. Call quality was horrible, lots of "dead air" to the point that I thought the call had dropped. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and it ended with me being unsure if I had scheduled anything.
The staff at the physical location were fantastic!!! Professional, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.”
