I moved to New Albany two years ago and have had my oil changed at the Valvoline on State Street multiple times on multiple vehicles and have nothing but stellar service from (and, I’m not exaggerating here) every single employee I’ve ever dealt with there. Super friendly, efficient and with very positive attitudes. I never thought I’d have any kind of loyalty to an oil change business, but here we are…writing a five-star review for a business and a staff that really deserves it.”
