DONT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars i would. Did a terrible job. I know enough from experience to say she did everything wrong. Blamed my hands being cold for flooding my cuticles with acrylic. Each nail took about 5 minutes trying to shape the acrylic. Because of the flooding she had to drill every nail underneath and filed my skin. I asked for simple stiletto with ombre. The shape was terrible. The color she attempted with gel and a paint brush to ombre. Then realized it wasn't blending so tried to use a makeup sponge which created bubbles. At that point I told her I didn't like it and just give me a basic color. My anxiety was so bad the entire time. I had to fight back tears and trust the process and I shouldn't have. I will not be back.

My friend wanted to go here the day I got them done how I wanted was amazing the woman that done em she sat right across the door pretty much so nice sweet n all was satisfied.....
I never try to leave a bad review but I will with my next visit the lady that fixed my nail I always try n make convo with the nail techs hi how r u u doing OK ect she knew English n she sat there ignoring me short hair lips pressed tightly together looking she had a bad day... wear dude jeans...anyways ok so I stopped talking not only she f my nail up but doesn't look like my other nails! I'll show u.. she then charges me 8 damn dollars me n my girl was gon a get our feet done I said we ain't here this place is a damn joke any other places I go to would had replaced for free I will not come back to this place.. the woman whim done a scrappy job on my nail she was filing another clients nail so hard n rough I felt bad for her she shouldn't be doing ppls nails we pay you! We weren't nasty mean or rude but no I'm good well of course I can't add photo

I had a really terrible experience today here. I usually always ask the tech first thing if I can my nails really short as I’m a nurse and get in trouble if they are too long. The woman had an attitude and barely cut them and started on the drill speeding as fast as she could. She also threw the drill bit in with my nails soaking in acetone which I’m sure is some type of health violation. Then one of my nails broke and instead of fixing it or making them all that short (which would have been great considering I asked for them short), she continued to file them as fast as she could and none of them were even. No attention to detail at all and didn’t ask what shape I wanted. At this point I didn’t say anything else as she had an attitude from me simply asking for short nails. Then as she was applying my chrome they all were messed up and she blamed it on me saying I hit the light which I told her I did not. Absolutely crazy to blame a customer for the shitty rushed job you did. Paying $60 for a nail job that I have to come home and fix is wild. I do know Ann does a great job on all my friends nails, but would not recommend this place other than if you are seeing here. Waste of money and an irritating experience instead of a relaxing one.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Very rude, unprofessional, and DIRTY. My fingertips are BURNT & bled from them filing. My nails look nothing like the photo I showed them. Lan Thomas is horrible. A terrible experience, and I will not be returning. The first photos shows my finger tips. Second is what I got, and the third is what i asked for!!!!! Not even worth 1 star. I wanted acrylic overlay, with white polish and pearl chrome.

This place absolutely sucks, I would not recommend. I came in on Friday 5/10/24 @3:00pm I asked if they could complete a fill in and pedi within 1 45mins seeing as no one was in the salon they said they could So I head to pedi chair. A man starts on my feet and a lady comes to do my nails while I'm getting my pedi unusual but okay I guess bc of my time crunch well the lady is sawing away at my nails and when I finally pay attention I notice my nail was crooked I explain to her she has my nail on crooked she trys to tell me it's my finger. I show her again no ma you put the nail on wrong. She argued with me for about 5 mins before she handed me to a older late who indeed notice the nail was crooked and I had acrylic all around my cuticle. She did the best she could to fix it but it really should of been taking off and redid. I was so unsatisfied the work is horrible and I paid 100 when for a fill in and pedi no design nothing when usually I pay 117 for a full set pedi and design with rhinestones at my normal place but I was running late. I learn my lesson to never come back. Today 4 days later my crooked nail just popped off with ease. I went back for her to fix it and it just looks horrible.
Edit last photo is two weeks later I'm having the absolute hardest time getting these nails off. The ratio of thickest to thin is crazy.

I went here earlier with my sister to get birthday nails I was gonna get a pink ombre with stars and the lady who did it didn't even do pink she did purple and it was sloppy. I got them redone because my sister said something, I have social anxiety so I was anxious to speak up. I got all black French tips and one solid black with pink stars and they came out good but later found out the lady who did my nails, her license was expired. The third is what I asked for at first and I didn't get a picture of the before nails, they weren't even pink.

I would like to give them more stars but I noticed a certain theme at this nail salon and that's lack of customer service and professionalism. I walked in today per usual this is my 3rd month returning every 2 -3 weeks for a pedicure and a full set or a fill-in acrylic nails and normal nail polish to match on my feet. Today I wanted to do a half color style on my nails and received some hostile attitude from the owner who will speak in English to you, while the remaining staff or family pretend not to understand a word you say. I never presume a person can't speak English, while living in America so I always try to have a casual conversation with any of the workers who take care of me. My bill usually between 80-95$ unless a take off is included, and I give a 15.00-20.00 tip. I am not sure if this is a fantastic tip in the nail industry, but I do give what I can afford. Every time I walk into the shop I don't feel welcome nor do I feel they want my business. I sat for over 2 hours today for a basic pedicure and acrylic fill in, and feel asleep during the Fill-in I hope this is the last time I am treated this way because I will be looking for a new nail salon maybe in Louisville.

So I went and had my feet and nails done today 4/14/22……my services came to 82.00,I paid with my debit card and luckily I look at my balance before I left……they charged me 98.40……..so I asked why they said tips automatically come off your card……I said bullshit……..let me tip you if I choose to DONT steal my money……..if you cannot make it without tips I suggest that you find a new job……..I’m so sick of these foreigners coming to our country and trying to take advantage…….I do tip but let me say this I’ve been going to this place over a year and every time I go they open at 10am and you have to wait until they decide to show up………and you can’t even do the modern up to date stuff being that you all are older……only the young lady has those skills……I will never ever go to this place again……..you all should maybe retire and let the young ones take over…….period

Rudest most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The married couple that does pedicures were very sweet. I felt bad for them. I left with 4 fingers literally bleeding and my fingers have been sore for days. NEVER AGAIN! Don’t even get me started on how dirty the place was. 1 star is to muchServices: Acrylic nails
