Great service today (12/21/23). Inner rear tire on a dually went flat. Had my fingers crossed for a simple valve stem problem. Went to Goodyear (formerly Raben) and they diagnosed a valve stem problem. Lucky me. Within 45 minutes, I'm out the door at no cost since I bought the tires there several years ago. Thankfully, they still had access to the invoice that showed that I paid for the road hazard warranty.

DO NOT USE THEIR ROAD SIDE SERVICE!!! they lie and delay!! It’s taking them at least 5 hours to respond to a service call.

SLOW as Christmas. Spent hours upon hours here. All of the staff ignore you and act like you aren't standing in front of them. Also very overpriced. Don't waste your entire day here
