I always have a good experience going. my kids insist we get something at the cafeteria. the line is usually fast and the soda for the most part is available. actually have nothing to complain about. Get the sam's club app do scan and go and never have to worry about any lines. I'm amazed with how many people waste there time standing in line do they not know about the app?

This is for the bakery!! I placed my order which was so easy the stuff so was friendly. We got the cake it was done right on time and that is amazing when you have a 5year old birthday party to get to. The cake was amazing, looked amazing and taste as good!!! They did an amazing job! Great team in the baking department!!!

I had an accident while getting gas yesterday and was publicly humiliated and refused service by an employee at the facility by the name of Ben Goodman. This man got upset because I requested a supervisor after he refused to help me as a customer, or address my issue. Bought tires from this location a couple of years back. I have a small leak in front tire. Took it in to have it repaired. After an hour I’m told they can’t get the tire off. I’m told they can’t get nuts off the rim. I’d have to take it to dealership to get new nuts put on. Interesting this tire store is the only one it’s been to for the new tires and now to get leak fixed. Excuse me but any damage to lug nuts is this stores problem. Sam's Pharmacy used to be a great place to get our prescriptions but their crew has changed for the worse. Adam is the best of the bunch but the rest are rude and not great reps for SAMS. We are so discouraged that we are swapping to a new pharmacy.

Bought a set of Lucid hearing aids last January 2020 and after numerous adjustments they still don't work. The clinician does not seem to understand or care. She made the sale and couldn't care less I don't recommend the brand, they are over priced Chinese junk holding under an American label

Self-checkout has really improved the Sam experience over the years, but for me what makes Sam's Club great are the items it carries that you can't find easily at other stores. (I'm looking at you Keebler M&M cookies, oh and and nuggets that taste just like Chic Fil-A!). The service is typically friendly, especially those that hand out the free samples.

I normally love sams club, as I keep a membership and shop weekly there. But this past November we made a mistake of ordering a mattress online from sams club. We ordered on nov 30 th. It was set to be delivered by dec 17 th which was a wait but we dealt. It cost 640 dollars to be charged to my card when it shipped. Now mind you I expect unless a big ordeal things to be somewhat on time. On dec 10 th they charged my card which meant it shipped. Now not to me, as I found out , but to xpo logistics. Well dec 17 came and went and when I called sams who I paid, they informed me they hadn't a clue where my mattress was. Said I had to call Serta. Yes. So we called Serta who said they def shipped the California king mattress to xpo, xPo claimed of course they never received it. So I had to beg sams club to deal with this as I was getting the run around. They finally after me harassing them said that the mattress would ship Jan 7 th from Serta, because they were still making it. Good gosh. Really. Okay so it shipped to xpo on the seventh and we were tO set an apt. Talked to xpo and agreed on Jan 11, 7 am - 1130 am delivery. Well they were a no show no call. Called and they said oh well the driver must have not went out. On our scheduled white glove delivery day?!?! So we drove to xpo, door was wide open, inside the building were everyone's purchased and paid for items. With children playing in the warehouse bouncing around and climbing on every thing. I had to walk through the building to find an adult who shockingly asked how I got in. I told her through the wide open door. I waited for her to find me someone to talk to. Found her and she confirmed my item was there. I had to tell her I would come back with my truck to get it. Just absolutely ridiculous. Point being sams collected my 640 dollars and washed their hands of the issue. I had to chase down the mattress. Never ever would I again buy something online like this again. Shame on you and your customer service.
