I want to start by saying that I spend a lot of money at this Staples as a mom that homeschools her four children. Today
( 07-12-2025) around 11 am me and my kids walked into this store to do an Amazon return . The lady was very rude , she was slamming things around and yanking on things . At one point raised her voice and my son said “she is in a bad mood “ no she wasn’t busy there was one person in line other than us . There is no reason for someone to be that rude !

If I could rate zero stars, I would. crappy service. not good AT ALL. placed an order for business cards and business invoices in AUGUST of 2024. they have lied saying they've emailed me about my order multiple times when I have not received an email from them in SIX MONTHS. they messed up the first order even after telling them and drawing it out the specific details. the day my order came in, they demanded I pick them up that day or my order would be sent back after I have now waited SEVEN MONTHS for my order. do not order through staples I will be taking my business somewhere else. this is ridiculous

1 one star for the staples company itself for not hiring help for your older employees and all the stars for the night shift worker in print and marketing for working so hard being the only one there. Today I saw the Amazon line backed up and no one came to help him, the other two employees were standing in front talking and laughing with each other. Hiring more people to help with your staff!! Also give the night shift print and marketing worker a pay raise! He does so much by himself!

Went to get copies made at staples the white hair grumpy man was not helpful at all… huffed and puffed when you asked him a question or asked him to do something
If u don’t want to help get a different job
One day you are going to need us younger folks…be mindful of how u treat people

Went in today for amazon return and there’re was 6 people in amazon line waiting then a customer walked in to make some copies and the older gentleman that was waiting on the amazon people said customers first and waited on the lady lady that just walked in he said customers first . I said I had been in the store the last three days and I am a customer. So I will return a laptop that I got yesterday and my supplies that I get for my business.. then walking out the man at the checkout was extremely rude and told me to walk around the checkout instead of walking directly to the register. Never again will I or my business associates go into this store.

The print and marketing customer service is terrible. Always making mistakes and never do what they say they are going to do. Very disorganized . I never leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous
