I’m not a reviewer so this means it really was trash. If I could give 0 I would. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through, I finally parked and went inside to order instead, because the line hadn’t moved at all. I go inside to place my order and waited another 5 minutes for someone to even approach the counter. As I stood there waiting I was observing the case where the food items are displayed, old and discolored, and the case is FILLED with flies. Finally a lady came to take my order, I ordered a quad shot in a venti cup that never even came in a venti cup and paid for extra cold foam that I didn’t get either. I waited 10 min for my coffee to come up, and had 3 pastries items that I waited ANOTHER twenty minutes for because the barista said it was the lady who was taking orders job to get the pastries. While I was observing all this one of the girl workers was all over some blonde boy hugging on him behind the counter (my pastries could have been gotten in this time)How unprofessional and weird.I finally get my bakery items and the order is wrong? clearly labeled things all just had lemon loafs.Get some employees that you pay that actually can do the job you’re paying them for.Weird experience and lazy rude workersSlowest and WORST Starbucks I have ever been too.

Worst service ever I’m not even mad I waited 45 mins for my one drink I’m mad I watched the lady make my drink and not put my syrup in the cup and when I told her there wasn’t any she said she put it in and if I wanted more I had to pay. It was stright espresso and milk than she said she would put a little on top which didn’t do anything I paid for a correct drink and the lady kept giving attitude when I just wanted my drink made right. She did the same thing to my moms drink as well. I will never come back to this one again don’t act like it’s my fault because you didn’t do the drink correctly the first time.

The guy working at the target Starbucks on 8/16/2022 was awesome. He was understanding and quick and really nice.

Management of this location took away anti fatigue floor mats from employees who are on their feet all day, along with other petty and illegal actions against employees for attempting to unionize. DD has better coffee anyway.

Removed safety measures (threw away non slip mats) to retaliate against workers within an hour of having a union vote. This is literally threatening workers with OSHA violations. It is illegal and shady as hell.

I ordered two drinks and two food items, both food items came burnt and tasted charred. My drinks came sour tasting, I don’t think they were made correct. The service was unorganized and sloppy, they forgot to finish my payment and had to call me back after they walked away from the register mid transaction.

I always get the caramel ribbon crunch with a few extras..lol when I stop at this location. The barista are so nice I can always count on them to get my order right. I normally go threw the drive thru because I'm headed to work. The only thing bad thing the drive thru line can be extra long at times.

Well today was an experience! I ordered online because online ordering was actually available. I get there only to have a sign on the door saying I have to go through the drive-through. So if you’re ordering 20 minutes ahead for my drink which was already ready I would’ve had to wait in the line for another 30 minutes to get my coffee that was already made. Needless to say I walked my happy little behind up to the drive-through window and there was my coffee. The pressing question of the day is why does somebody walking in the door way to pick up their own coffee and walking out caused any added work? This place definitely needs new management
