Worst bank ever. Others may hit you with more fees, but at Stock Yards, it's slow death by stupid. Go in or call to order checks? I've tried both ways. Twice the request "slipped through the cracks". What cracks? Im standing in front of you, you're asking questions, inputting on the screen, then big smile "there it goes! We have them ordered!". But they dont. Same on phone, without visuals. Very nice, friendly people providing atrocious service & adding stress to your life. This bank = FAIL.

Almost comically bad. Call for balances & transactions over the phone, hoping for an automated system for privacy? That's cool if they're closed, it'll transfer you. If not, the person who answers doesn't know what you're talking about & wants to provide the info themselves. The auto system will abruptly disconnect about 75% of your calls. & the rolled change we get from them is often short, or has nickels in the quarters. It's like the Jr High DECA bank. Try German American. Much better.
