I came in to pay off my phone and get a new one. I attempted to get the same phone I had but I was worked over, pushed, and prodded to get the new 15 despite my desire to stay the same. I even asked if they had older models as I don't like new iPhones they are too big for me. I was told time and again "my commission doesn't change no matter if you get the 14 or 15 but the 15 is only $1.80 more a month." Tell me why my bill went up 45$ a month. I just got my first bill and was astounded. Even customer service is like that's only for a trade in which I did not do nor was that ever talked about. So I was frauded, lied to, and scammed. Now I'm just two days outside the return window but I only got it two weeks ago and just got the text about the new bill an hour ago. Someone needs to fix this now.Update: emailed the contact the company this replied with a week ago...NO RESPONSE

Knowledgeable staff. Good selection of phones. Not much selection of phone cases, though. I mentioned that I'll go online for a case with a kickstand. Homie kept trying to sell one without a kickstand to me. Finally, I unleased and told him that even if theirs did have a kickstand, there's no way I'm paying $60 for a Case. He shut up about the case. I'm very happy with the new phone. I purchased a case with a kickstand online for only $13.

I recently visited the T-Mobile store twice in one week. The first day, there was at least an hour wait to talk to a rep. The second day, I went early and got help within 10 minutes. The rep helped me with my new SIM cards, and initiated the conversion from my old company to T-Mobile. He was very informative and helpful in the process.

Don't bother. Employees will lie to your fave to get you to sign contracts and then tmobile won't do anything about it.

I had a pretty bad experience with some changes that were happening on my tMobile account. A past Rep really jacked up my plans. Came here to get it resolved. Luis immediately identified what was wrong with my account and jumped into action. He tried resolving the issue himself, but couldnt. He grabbed his manager Collin who had the correct permissions. If I return, I will be asking for Luis. You can tell he isnt the regular joe. He will not waste your time.

I came into the store to switch from Cricket to Verizon and had amazing customer service from a young man named Cerran. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fast. 10 out of 10 recommend. Ask for Cerran if you come in the store.

I went from an A32 to the new S23 this evening. My Mobile Expert person was a Mr. Dakota Diehl . He Help me navigate with my new purchase ,and made it very easy . He did a great job , and I really appreciate his time , and trouble in making sure everything went smoothly. If you go there ask for him if you can. A really nice young Man.
