Two stars, is probably a little bit more generous than deserved. But every once in awhile they'll have something I need in stock, that other local HD locations may not have. Very rarely though, & usually the opposite is true. That said, inventory is way less of a concern to me. Than customer service. Getting help, at this store is an absolute joke. Pick-up orders are useless, not only is it faster to do yourself but you'll be sure that you have the correct item and not one that's been beat and scuffed. Sad to say, this is the state of retail today. This is one HD location, I would avoid at all costs. The New Albany location is less convenient for me, location wise but far less stressful than this store.

I’m using this Home Depot almost every day. The staff at the contractors deskare very friendly, and helpful.I only have good things to say about Home Depot in Clarksville.

Came here to get a small window air conditioner. They were sold out by the time I got there. A young lady helped me. She was friendly and eager to help.

8/9/23 @ 5:30 pm. ZERO and I do mean ZERO customer service in appliances. A guy said he was going for help and never came back. We went to customer service and they paged help and the same guy showed up, saw us and walked away. I used the phone in appliances, dialed the manager extension and they said they would send someone back. That never happened either so we left disgusted and went somewhere else and bought a refrigerator. This place sucks.

Buyer beware: I came here and paid for 12 boxes of flooring, to be picked up by my contractor. When he showed up a few days later, first they kept him waiting for an hour and finally told him there was no order. So then I call them and they found the order, but now instead of the 12 boxes I'd already paid for, they only had 10, because they sold 2 boxes that I'd already paid for!! Their solution: refund the two boxes and told me I can go get them somewhere else. Thanks Home Depot for such a bad experience.

Very disappointed. I went to get some bricks for a project. I needed a flat bottom cart. All the carts were covered in store merchandise. The carts are made for customers to use, not to hold store merchandise. Needless to say, I left upset because I couldn't get what I needed.

Id give a 0 if possible over 4 non deliveries and no clue why. Drywall delivery from this store was supposed to arrive Wednesday may 31. order was not delivered because the driver never showed up. Called and spoke with the manager who guaranteed it would be delivered Thursday or Friday. Friday comes an no dice delivery now Saturday. Nothing Saturday, scheduled for Wednesday June 7th at leas shows shipped. No delivery on Wednesday call the store Thursday and they know nothing. No help on where it is or why or how they will fix it. They think its because it rained in the morning and the deliver driver didn't want to go so I let it go to Thursday. at this point I just cancelled and requested a refund. I'm out over 800 in wages paid to the drywall crew who showed up the Monday after the fist delivery was supposed to happen and hours on the phone with useless managers and tech support.

Customer service was terrible. We ordered 40 boxes of flooring after an hour in there they brought it up and said there you go. Finally we found someone to run a fork lift and then we had to buy our own shrink wrap to re wrap the skid of flooring. Awful experience

Went to paint section 2 workers helping one other customer. Stood there for 10 minutes they kept walking past me never acknowledged I was there. They were only concerned about the one person it apparently took two people to handle. They are getting to worse than lowes. Probably just take all my business to PC or menards.

I can't believe the audacity that two employees here have. I placed an online order last night. This morning I accidentally noted that I had arrived. I went into the app - ONCE. This afternoon I spoke to two different people who stated that the notification they receive when someone has arrived had been going off continually and stated that I must have gone in several times and had stated that I had arrived, in spite of me telling them that I'd only done it one time. The implication for me is to think that they implied that I had gone in several times and had done the same thing. No attempt to say that they would investigate on their end (read between the lines. To me it sounded like they both accused me of lying.) Found out later from my son that someone at a register said what I had already suspended - they were having system problems. Why would someone at a register know about an issue with online ordering that someone who works to fill online orders doesn't know?I will never shop this Home Depot.

I really love all the options in the garden center that is the ultimate reason we chose HD over Lowes. However, after this experience I just don’t know if we will give them our business in the future. Bad curbside experience 2x in 3 days. Please remove curbside if you are not going to actually do curbside. It’s better to not offer it and have good customer service than to create a bad customer experience and having it.

Jacqueline in customer service went above and beyond to help me out. I had a decent sized online order. All but 2 items arrived. The tracking showed delivery by FedEx but after many calls and days of waiting I was feeling frustrated about the missing items. Jacqueline to the rescue!! She took the time to search the back, call the online CS Dept. and help cancel my order so I could get new lights shipping. A day later they found my lights in the back and she called me to see if we could still use them. Jacqueline is a 5 star customer service member!! Things don't always go perfectly but it's how things get handled.
