Been there twice serve was good and friend. It is fast and easy to get to, but parking nit much of. That is understandable for the location and works for ups and its customers and drivers.

I was sending a package to a new home on a new street in another state. Brooke Monroe, at the Customer Counter, was incredibly helpful, kind, and detail-oriented to ensure the package arrived without issue. She took the time to ask the right questions and add notes for the driver. Package arrived on time! Thank you, Brooke, for your willingness to help.

This place is a joke. Hostile to customers, their drivers intentionally decide to not deliver packages because they don't feel like it, and they staff at site will blatantly lie and make everything your problem. I use to sweat by ups but these people have turned me away from the service.

I had a package that was in a truck to be sent out for delivery 2 days later. Emily offered to see if the package was on the truck so that I could pick it up! I was so happy and pleased that going the extra mile for a customer wasn't a second thought to Emily, but rather a 1 st thought!!! THANK YOU EMILY ?Ps my package was my new Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra!! ???

They are holding packages for a day and not delivering them on Saturdays to places that they consider rural areas. So Elizabeth, Corydon and New Salisbury, IN to name a few areas that they used to deliver to as scheduled will all have all their ground packages held for a day now. So if your package is scheduled for Friday you wont get it until Monday. It will be held in a holding container and you can not come and pick up the package! To businesses that depend on their packages to show up on time this is a big deal or i should say a deal breaker.Whoever made this decision obviously thinks it is ok for people to pay for a service we do not receive. My company will no longer be using or shipping anything to this area using UPS. Fedex and USPS have no type of pointless delay like this so i will be using them instead.

Haven't even gone here yet but as always UPS is the worst of the bunch. Driver didn't even bother trying to deliver so now I have to drive 45 minutes to their "closest" locationEdit - after speaking with another rep we found out the previous customer service rep just lied and said it couldn't be redelivered and we were out of luck

Mis-delivering my custom ordered present and customer service was supposed to email me proof of delivery two times today and still did not provide information or check the GPS location of the mis-delivered package. Emailed twice and still did not get my proof of delivery. Very upsetting and they try to act like it is my fault they are not smart enough to read address and deliver to right house.

I have had to call them twice over the last couple of years and both times the customer service was just exceptional. Both times, I got a very nice person who took the time to discuss my problem and put my mind at ease.

Took old phone to UPS. Sent it back in the box that the replacement phone came in. Lol, came FedEx on a FedEx box. Sent back by was of UPS.
