The manager at the post office allows the mail delivery personnel to steal packages and doesn't look into anything. IM SICK IN TIRED OF HAVING MY PACKAGES STOLEN FROM THE DELIVERY PERSONNEL.

Can't tell you how tired I am of these people. Either my mail doesn't get delivered, I get other's mail, or my pick-up requests are NEVER fulfilled on the day it's scheduled for. What is with all these excuses?

I've had nothing but good experiences with this post office. Are there lines sometimes? Sure. They move quickly, and the counter personnel are very accommodating and helpful. We just had a big snowstorm, and I saw the carrier stopping and getting out of the vehicle to reach mailboxes in the nearby neighborhood. They aren't required to scale mounds of snow and ice, but they did. Kudos and thank you for the extra effort.

There are 2 windows for customers, but only one is ever open and there is always a line, always! They should offer number tickets and seating like the BMV, I get so tired standing and waiting. The employees themselves are always nice.

Not an efficient or reliable post office. It should take 3-5 business days to receive a mail key and I'm going on 20 days where I have been unable to access my mail. None of the employees know what the heck is going on and are really facetious.

I set up a redelivery for a package on line my date was confirmed I even called the local post office in clarksville to make sure the package was on it's way for the date of the 24th and they told me it would be here before end of day,so I stayed home all day and waited for the package no one came,this is a package that has to be signed for so someone had to knock on the door to get a signature no one knocked on door.I tried calling post office on the 26th phone rang and was picked up and the they hung up!still trying to track down this package and getting no help.

It's nearing Christmas shipping deadlines, and the post office was packed with customers. So, I was expecting the usual grumpy postal clerk. But these two ladies didn't get the memo. They were cheerful, helpful, patient and kind. They simply gush Christmas spirit. They efficiently moved the line and I was in and out within 15 minutes. It took me a bit to find this little Post Office. The address makes one think it's located in the Greentree Mall. But it's actually in a standalone building on the JC Penney side of the mall. Never thought I'd see the day where I might actually look forward to a trip to the post office. Now that's a Christmas miracle!

The post office in New Albany was unhelpful and trying to overcharge me. I knew how much shipping should be but did not know how to meet USPS parameters. The kind ladies at the Clarksville USPS made sure I wasn't overcharged. New Albany said I was to pay over $50 for my package but then I ended up paying $19.95 at Clarksville. They were immensely helpful and not rude in the slightest. It was apparent that the New Albany employee did not care at all.
