Laura was so very helpful. We wer purchasing a chair and she realized that there was a chair that had been returned. It was the exact one and there was nothing wrong with it. She saved us over $300. We get all of our furniture at Value City.

Stay away from Value City. They're not very good with after sales services. Got a damaged cushion for my sofa, reported it immediately and someone even went to our house to inspect the damage. They agreed to replace but you have to exhaust yourself in calling them back and forth, ask for updates multiple times or even go to their physical store to raise my concern that after almost 11 months, they have not replaced the cushion yet. Very poor after sales services. Even up today, they have not replaced it yet. Maybe because we purchased ut via financing that's why they don't take it seriously, but even after we fully paid it, still no communication on the replacement. They always have a great reason to escape the conversation when you follow up. Never again.

NO STARS IF POSSIBLE.My girlfriend picked out a chair,and pre paid for me to pick up when it was available. I was called to pick it up 04/03/2024. I showed the manager my receipt and invoice and she said she meet me at the dock. I drove around back and no one was there. I waiting in a caged area and I saw my box. I opened customer pickup door to load my box after loading the box the manager and an assistant ask me way to many questions like I was stealing. I signed off on her paperwork to leave and she said I needed to show her my drivers license I told her no and she had enough information why I was there. The manager said she was calling Clarksville police. I told her go ahead and call police tell them my license plate numbers because I have other appointments. I will never spend any money at any Value City Furniture Stores again.Beware people of color in this store

Ordered a recliner in December. Told us it wouldn't be ready for pickup until mid Feb. In Feb they called and said it would be March. All the while they took our money in December. Won't be back.

Not surprisingly, the first impression upon entering this store is that it is a neat and tastefully decorated place. However, what makes one feel at home at this place is the cordial reception and the genuine interest of the employees to help. I had to interact with mainly two vivacious, gracious ladies who helped me with utmost care. Their reassuring professionalism and attention to detail are infused with a humorous, down-to-earth air that is endearing and makes me want to stop by again soon, even if I don't have plans to buy anything big for my small dwelling place. But for now, I write this review with gratitude. Thank you, Corina and Lisa! Go VCF!

We visited value city in the morning, and we were promptly greeted by Deborah. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products. She answered all questions without pressuring us to buy. We left value city and looked around at other furniture stores, but it was the customer service, quality of product, and product availability that brought us back to VCF. Our second visit we met the manager, Sonya. She was very polite and thoroughly explained the warranty and all details of our purchase. We purchased the couch that met all of our needs and couldn’t be happier with the experience when doing so. I highly recommend Value City Furniture to anyone. Our friends and family will all know about our experience.

End to end terrible experience at this location. I always try to do as much as I can online, but there are just somethings you can’t judge without seeing in person. Furniture is one of those things. I did my prework and knew the products from the website and expect salespeople to be fully aware of what’s listed on the internet especially if it’s a “door buster”. So I enter the store and there are literally no other customers. Deborah, a very eager salesperson greets me and I show her the picture from the ad. She shows me a chair, but it’s not the one from the ad. At any rate, I pick a different chair. Go to pay for it, give the cashier my CC and sign for the transaction. Then she tells me I have a balance of $2.50?? At which point I’m scratching my head… because.. how? So I asked to see the receipt and she gives me a paper showing what I paid but not what I bought. So I asked for an itemized receipt and she told me they aren’t able to print receipts right now. After time and additional resources are involved I get a receipt, no one has any idea why I wasn’t charged the full amount so I pay it to just get out of there. I’ve told my salesperson I will not be present for pickup because I will be working in another town and she assured me she will mark the order with my friends Info who will be picking it up. I get the call for pickup and let him know it’s ready. Later in the day I receive a call from the manager asking if I had authorized someone to pickup my purchase and I inform her that Deborah had indicated it was no problem and she would put it on the order and the manager tells me to “apologize” to the person who picked it up for the “chaos”… only later I find out that he was treated very poorly and they threatened him with calling the police. He waited a long period of time and it seems like if there was concern they would have called me immediately. Not the type of customer experience to retain customers.
