I had such a great experience at Smokers Outlet in New Albany! Crystal helped me out and she is amazing — she knows the entire store, all the prices, and has actually tried the products herself. That made a huge difference because she could tell me exactly what to expect flavor-wise and quality-wise, which you just don’t get at most other shops. The atmosphere was really welcoming, even the other customers were friendly while I was there. Prices are fair, and with Crystal’s knowledge and great recommendations, I found exactly what I needed and I love it. Definitely my new go-to spot!”

I especially love that they carry Urban Artifact fruit beers and plenty of hard ciders and seltzers too. Andy always takes excellent care of me when I'm looking for a good bottle.”

“I have been coming to Puff N Joy for the past two years. It's the only vape shop I'll go to anymore. The owner, Asif, is a great guy and treats his customers with respect. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They will take their time to help you find what you need. They have a wide selection of vapes, Kratom, thc, and kava products as well as a nicer selection of pipes and hookahs. The store is always clean and I always leave happy.”

“Been going over a year and …First of all some dude is saying guns pulled by the owner! NOPE IT NEVER OCCURRED … Check him! Check his reviews he did same review for 2 locations at the same time this and one other 4 miles away ( you can’t occupy the same space at the same time dude!) and further he wrote them slightly different as manipulation ( the only one from that profile )and he said the same thing for both places !!! Yes prices are subject to be a little higher but don’t complain if you agree on a purchase and complain later!. You asked you received. If you agree to purchase stop complaining evermore.

“With my friend in Louisville we visited this shop. Very cool and interesting layout with glass cases in a maze of sorts. Products all seemed to be reasonably priced and the vashier was friendly and informative. My friend had been here before and used several of their products and highly recommends them to people who smoke or collect glassware. ?”
