Very poor experience!!! 2nd time I have returned with the same service issue with my phone. (And currently, pay for a monthlyservice warranty plan.) After they worked on it, they sent me away with a phone that had NO service! I returned THIRD time and they dug the old SIM card out of the trash and placed it back in my phone!!!! I'm appalled but didn't say anything....they should be embarrassed over their unprofessionalism. I currently have NO cell service, and I SO glad I have ATT&T home internet service or wouldn't have the ability to communicate via wifi. Unbelievable!!!!! They're replacing my phone with another 2 yr old refurbished for an additional fee! Horrible service! When this experience is over with, I'm replacing Verizon. My colleagues have had the same experience...wish I knew that before! But now I do! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Had the best experience today! Cecil was incredibly helpful and made sure that he took the time to be transparent and look at all options when my phone stopped working in order to make sure I had a phone when I left today! I even had to come back to ask a question about the bill and he stopped on his way out to make sure I was all set since he helped me earlier in the day

Service was very slow.Was signed in right as we walked in store. Sales asked for what service, we explained, he left and didn't return for over 20 mins.No explanation, then did not fully disclose all details on purchase.

I walked in and was greeted by a young man who proceeded to show me exactly what I wanted, though I only had a general idea myself. No upsell, quick knowledgeable service. Then whammo, phone shipped to me next day, a day early. I had a Samsung a12 which I loved and went to a15 which feels boxy and far from sleek. If I ever have a question I'm going straight back to this store for the pro treatment.

Went with a friend to fix bill seems they have hidden charges the problem was the customer service was not knowledgeable about the account part but try to shove a new model phone I something down his throat smooth move sand paper I recommend a new provider

Have a defective s23, employee named justin helped me navigate the many loopholes that laid ahead of me. I honestly felt like tipping him but he wouldn't accept it. OUTSTANDING customer service! If I had to call the 3rd party myself and try to explain my claim it would of took hours and im not sure my claim would've even processed. He helped me with a few of my problems and had me out of there in under an hour! I couldn't of been more satisfied. Thank you again Justin!

Very busy. Employee was friendly and helpful. Not happy with cellular phone service. Very confusing to setup our account. Had to go back to store to get help. Still not happy!

Upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro using Verizon's trade in credit promotion. I had been having issues getting the phone activated for two day and then at one point neither phone was working. At that point I went to the local Corporate Verizon store and spoke with the Manager Samantha who was at the front door greeting customers. At this point I was visibly frustrated and when I came in I told her that I may want to just return all of my devices and then told her the issues I was having. Being very dismissive the first thing she told me that there was a 30 day return policy and I can do that. She didn't try to address any of the issues I was having, didn't care that I could not use either phone. I had to address her and ask her "Do you not want to try and help me"? I understand that there were a couple of customers in front of me. And I would've been fine making an appointment and coming back later in the afternoon. But if there was an emergency at my childrens daycare, they couldn't get a hold of my. My wife is an ER nurse and typically doesn't have access to her phone. I would have been more understanding if Samantha's tone was rude, dismissive, and uncaring. I didn't yell, cuss, or say anything offensive. I know Verizon is a huge corporation and I don't mean a whole lot to them as a single customer with two phones, two ipads, and two watches. And dealing with the manager at this store has just confirmed that. Luckily after two days and many hours online I was able to finally get the issue resolved with a wonderful online agent. Hopefully I never have to revisit this location.

Cora is a technological genius. She is extremely compassionate, as well as professional and sincere. She will take as much time as necessary to take care of all of your essential technological needs. No matter how picky, it does not take her long to get the job done. She does everything right, and she has a great attitude. Cora answers all of your questions to the fullest extent, beyond what you believed you even thought you were asking. Despite hearing a different price and list of options from her fellow associates, Cora gave me the correct price and essential information to ensure all of my needs were met to the fullest extent. I was blessed by her kindness, and thankful for her extensive knowledge and beautiful presence. I don't know what they're paying her to work there, but she most definitely deserves a raise. Cora could, in fact, run that entire place with the talent she possesses alone (in her pinky finger). With her factual knowledge, she could run every global phone company. I mean everything I say. If you visit this location for your Verizon needs, politely recommend Cora, and tip that woman generously. She made me feel safe, respected, and genuinly like a true friend! I wish her the best in her inevitably endless and glorious career/future. Thank you much, Cora. You have a very positive energy, and you are a miracle worker. Stay true to yourself, and show those boys there how it's really done, girl! Awesome phone, great price, and a truly gifted Verizon associate. Thank you, Cora!

The only thing that saved this store from getting just a 1 store is our rep who was very polite & professional. However we were sold a “new phone” that was actually used this evening. My son tried to get into his social media accounts and kept being logged into someone else’s social media accounts that were still on this phone. That’s how we found out it was a used phone. NO ONE bothered to ask us if we were ok with a used/refurbished phone. That was HIGHLY inappropriate and unprofessional. Lastly we were sent away with the burden of activation of the new phone on us calling the toll free number. We will NEVER do business with this outside Verizon store again. Ya’ll suck. For real.
