I purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Atlas in August 2025. Just over 3 months into having the vehicle, my EPC and check engine light came in. After inspection, there are a variety of problems wrong with the vehicle, including a faulty fuel pump, spark plugs that are on their last legs, and both front and back breaks that need immediate attention, among other problems. My warranty only covers some of these issues, leading me to have to cover thousands of dollars of repairs out of my own pocket. I understand that when buying a used vehicle, things can go wrong. However, for this vehicle to be in this bad of shape just a few months after purchasing, it is absolutely despicable. There was either not an adequate inspection done on the vehicle prior to selling, or the dealership knowingly sold a broken vehicle to a family with a newborn. Either scenario is appalling, and with this occurring right at the start of the holiday season, it makes it even worse. I will certainly not do business with this dealership again.

Love this dealership and service staff. Highly recommend. Very timely service and thorough discussion of items needed to be done. John is awesome in the service dept. They always go above and beyond and ensure i know the current condition of my cars and what to expect in upcoming services.

Set appointment to sell my truck through Kelly blue book, dealer didn’t contact till next day. Took truck down and the acquisitions guy spent more time telling me how hard dodge rams are to sell and how he was afraid of it etc etc. After being told that their competitor was going to just undercut by three grand and listening to the spiel of negativity from the kid, I went and sold the truck next door to Jeff Wyler Toyota for exactly what THEY told me they would give for it.
I wish this was the first horrid experience with this dealer, but even getting the service done on our GLI autobahn is a hassle with them and we paid extra for the service agreement that they scream doesn’t cover tire rotation; but it’s on their wall as part of “recommended maintenance?!” Because and I quote “we can’t get Volkswagen corporate to pay for it”

8/27 another great experience at Clarksville VW! Alignment & fuel system service - they found the reason for a minor issue and offered to fix - same day - no charge, but I hadn't allotted time for the 4 hour service.

Clarksville Volkswagon is tops in my book. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that’s looking to be treated fair/honest and will go above and beyond to make sure that they meet your desired payment with comfort. Take it from me, I drive from Lexington KY because I trust them and know that I will be treated with respect and with the greatest courtesy. You can tell that leadership models what is expected of the team. I’ve never been disappointed!
