I am not certain why they received any poor reviews, but every time I have come here the employees have been very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with. With Walgreens working only 9 to 6, with weekends and all holidays off, and always out of stock on necessary meds like insulin and blood pressure medicine, this pharmacy has been a godsend!

I love the people here. They're always complimenting my clothing and making sure I know everything about the medications I'm taking, so I can stay safe and healthy. Despite how busy these people get, they are very compassionate and they the their time with every customer ❤️. They mean well, and it shows. Wonderful job all around. Love all of the lovely employees who do a fantastic job. Thank you Walmart. ?

Indifferent and not helpful at all. Ask a simple question to a pharmacy tech and they walk away. Yelled at my husband who was standing behind the corral while I was trying to call my doctor and find out was was wrong. Went to New Albany and got what I needed.

This is by far the worest pharmacy ever. They always blam insurance and doctors on their failures to fill meds including insulin for my type 1 diabetic son and myself. They are extremely rude, inconsistent, lazy and unhelpful. Typically just the worest customer service!

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. The Clarksville Walmart is a wasteland of empty shelf spaces, inventory discrepancies, overcrowding and customer service that is as rude as it is slooooow. I'm not going to complain about the lines here, because complaining about long lines at Walmart is an exercise in futility. The more pressing issue is that doing literally anything other than a basic purchase at this location requires an act of Congress, whether it's a return, a price adjustment or even reaching a particular department on the phone. Shopping here is like eating Great Value-brand canned meat: deeply unpleasant, not worth any savings involved, and if we're being honest with ourselves, it just makes you feel slimy afterward. Still somehow better than the New Albany Walmart.

The pharmacy representatives are always so mean, rude, and judgemental while picking up prescriptions. While my fiance was picking up a prescription with needles, one of the ladies in the back came up and meddled with the prescription and acted like he didn't know how to use his own medicine and she gave him the wrong size needles and when we tried to go back and try to fix the issue, she wouldn't help him and told him that she would have to call the doctor to get a new prescription. Definitely don't recommend this pharmacy.

Been coming to this one for well over 10 years And the service has gone to crap! They are total smart asses Extremely rude ! And love to not put all of your pills in the bottles! So always count your medication and make sure it's all their before you leave. Mind you I'm on high blood pressure medication and ani depressants Not Xanax or any other big drug ! So it's not like I'm taking them out and selling them and begging for more! I was simply just ripped off more than once! And it's not okay. If you don't like your job simply find one you actually enjoy!

If I could give no stars, I most certainly would. What poor customer service to start. The 1st representative was entirely too rude to work with the general public. Unfortunately, much to the dismay of the staff at the Clarksville Indiana Walmart pharmacy, the general public aren't privy to or as knowledgeable as a representative, tech or pharmacist. Therefore, they don't know to anticipate any unforseen issues that could potentially arise i.e they don't know what tgey don't know. therefore, they ask questions. Evidently not only does the Walmart staff, with the exception of a few, feel as though it is a burden to either step away from the computer to speak to a customer so the customer can have an understanding of what might be causing any hold up or issue with their prescription, but that the customers are on a need to know basis about your own medicine and health. Definitely going to fill future prescriptions elsewhere. I suggest others do the same.

We've been using Walmart's curbside pick up off and on since the pandemic began. I've never been a huge Walmart fan for numerous reasons that's not appropriate to be discussed on this platform. However, wanting to be honest, Walmart's curbside is definitely the best of all the stores I've used this year. My orders have all been ready right on time or even earlier. Additionally, very few items have been out of stock, and in a few instances we've had more expensive items substituted at the lower price of the out of stock items. I also feel their communications platform for informing you of order status is the best. Ease of using their website is also a plus.
